Oh Goodness, its such a nice little place! Lovely decorations, and friendly customer service. I'll definitely be coming back to try some more. They have milk alternatives and lots of home made goodies.

I love this place with my whole heart. The staff are always incredibly kind and have wonderful suggestions on drinks. The pastries and other foods are wonderful; I'm a big fan of the chicken salad croissants! The coffee is wonderful, and I'll be continuing to come here very often.

Don’t waste your money buying gift certificates to Aromas!!! I received a gift certificate in 2020. When I finally had an opportunity to go, I was excited to try their coffee! However, I was told the manager had to approve/sign off on it but unfortunately, he/she was not there. The coffee had already been prepared so I just paid for it. On my 2nd visit, I was told the gift certificate machine wasn’t working. Since the gift certificate doesn’t have a code to scan, that didn’t make much sense, so I suggested the cashier write the date, purchase amount and remaining balance on the gift certificate itself. I was told that couldn’t be done. I left with no coffee. The 3rd time I attempted to use my gift certificate, I was informed that they are no longer accepting this type of certificate because they “switched over to a new system 4 or 5 years ago.” I received this certificate 3 years ago so that excuse was a complete lie! Once again, I left with no coffee! This has been a very frustrating experience and I’m sure I’m not the only person this has happened to. Unless the management would care to right the wrong, I have no plans to ever shop at Aromas ever again!

My favorite place for caffeine and sugar! No better place in Greenwood to meet your friends for coffee or lunch. Use their Clover online and do a quick pickup. Love Aroma’s Village Coffee!!!

They forgot my daughter's breakfast and we had to eat separately. Not as good of an experience we've had in the past. It won't stop us from going again, just going to be more mindful that if they're busy not to get food.

I waited at the register to order for several minutes while one barista was making drinks and another came from the back holding several jugs of milk. She told me to wait (I had been waiting with no acknowledgment for several minutes) and she returned with several more jugs of milk. I decided to leave while she unloaded the milk into the fridge at the counter because I didn’t feel like spending $6+ on a coffee I’ve already waited several minutes to order. It was going to total a 15 minute or more visit by the time the order was made and handed off to me when there was not a single other person in line to cause a wait.
I had loaded my reward number into the kiosk because I wanted to redeem my points for a coffee and as I was leaving I received a notification that my points were redeemed and my balance was spent. So, now I have absolutely no reason to return to the shop because I have no rewards and no desire to take 20+ minutes to order a coffee when I can get better service and better prices at Starbucks down the street (not to mention a drive through, which is so much more convenient).
I was a long- time customer at aroma’s and have spent hundreds of dollars on their coffees over the years. I am deeply disappointed by the bad customer service which has become a pattern to my visits, and the long wait times which make me feel like my money is not well spent.

Ordered 2 bagels with no cream cheese. , paid $7.09 and was told no reduced price when you don’t order the topping. Really??? So I said ok add the butter. No one in the shop, but took more than 7 min to get them. I asked two employees where they get the bagels from and they looked uncomfortAble and said they didn’t know. Maybe Greenville? . Got the bagels home only to find that the bagels are the kind you get in a bag in the supermarket! Not a fresh bagel from an actual bagel shop. Horrible. For $7.09 ??Aromas should not advertise that they sell bagels if they are just heating up a bagged bagel from a bread company. I thought I would try the bAgels even though the price is high in hopes that they were actual fresh bagels, but they aren’t. Wont be returning .no stars Real bagel shops sell FRESH bagels for only $1.65 with cream cheese or butter

The customer service could definitely use some improvement. I have just recently started coming here and the couple of time that I have been in the ladies at the counter act as if they don’t want to help and it seems like they expect all customers to know what to order right away. The coffee is great but poor customer service just puts a bad taste in people’s mouths.
