The Kava Konnection

In no way am I overestimating this statement.

The kava bar saved my life. You could say it was kava itself, but the people drove home a sense of being so hard that after the kava calmed my anxieties I found that I had a reason to keep on living, loving, and writing poetry.

I should really go more often, but my life is a whirlwind. Soon the storm will settle and they'll be more shells to pass around. Until then drink one for me, it's only like $4 a piece anyway.

The only downside here is that they only have one location. Maybe if I could install Gabe (the owner) into the side of my home that would solve the problem... idk, maybe I'll try it next time I'm in.

Great space, friendly staff and always awesome events happening. Creative mixed drinks as well as quality kava and other healthy non alcoholic beverages served in a chill atmosphere.

Great place to meet with friends and hang out on the supper comfortable chairs and couches. Wednesdays are poetry night. Great staff and owner.

Loved the open mic/poetry reading! I plan to go again. The kava drinks are a little on the expensive side, but definitely worth trying for yourself.

Ok but seriously it's one of my favorite places. There's always fun people to talk to. That staff is all super chill. Random drum circles break out. Hella rad

Such a welcoming atmosphere. Stayed for a while and played Scrabble witth my brother. Can't speak for the product myself, but my brother always seems happy with it!

Nice atmosphere and great quality kava. We buy kava for our family up north from this place and ship it to them because we don’t trust the quality of anything else. They come highly recommended!

So much fun! Kava is great, much safer alternative to booze and this place has a great atmosphere, you won't regret coming here.
