I think I'm going to like it here. This place is new. Came in this eatery/café today and was very impressed with the look and feel. The Owner (who I know quite well) showed me the lavatory. Yes, it looks nice and comfy, but don't take too long inside, someone may be waiting!
If you blink, you'll miss Greenville's secret gems! Go where the locals go to eat traditional and some unique breakfast and lunch options. The owner's personal touch in the kitchen and the atmosphere make this a must visit!
My husband and I got breakfast this morning and it was delicious. They were out of the lox and mushrooms sandwich which initially bummed us out. However, we were very hungry and opted for a spinach, tom, feta and avocado sandwich, fruit, egg and sausage English muffin and stone ground grits.
Usually I'd take a star for not having our first two picks. I didn't because what we did eat was that good. Combine the good eats with the atmosphere and owner, definitely a 5 star experience.
It is hard to find perfectly seasoned grits (even in SC) and these are on point. The fruit plate is made to order. The English muffin was super soft and the wheat bread was toasted to perfect. We'll be back!
While traveling to Greenville I had the opportunity to stop by. What an amazing find!!!! Atmosphere was laid back, staff were friendly and accommodating, food was phenomenal. The owner was friendly, laid back and easy to talk to. Music was oldies but goodies!!!!!
Love Love Love! The food is amazing the music is oldie rock and the atmosphere just feeds your soul. The owner is wonderful and laid back. A hidden gem but worth the find.
Ordered some coffee (free refills) eggs and toast. It was ok, but wouldn't go there again. The (owner?) guy was pretty laid back and was playng some good old-school rock music, that was the highlight of the visit.
Local cafe Open for Breakfast & Lunch. Located a couple of blocks off of Main on E. Coffee St. - it can be easy to miss from the outside.
But inside? What an absolute treasure! Fresh ingredients; Great blend of flavors; Hearty portions.
They support local business by buying local coffee. You can spend $10 here and get an incredible lunch meal & side item - and when you are done, you feel like you've left your Thanksgiving table.
I cannot say enough good things about this little gem. If you work downtown ... during your next morning break, go outside, enjoy a nice relaxing walk to Cafe West, then enjoy a GREAT cup of coffee and a bite to eat. You will thank me later. :)
So good!!! Can’t wait to home back. Soup was outstanding!!! I wanted one of everything on the menu but settled on the Sunset sandwich and the mulligatawny soup. Great portion sizes… excellent value.

Kind staff, good coffee, and a good bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. A nice, inexpensive breakfast in downtown Greenville.
