Steam Coffee & Cream

This a great coffee shop! I've visited the shop a few times and have yet to be disappointed. The coffee and staff are amazing and the atmosphere is welcoming.

I went there for my first time today. I will definitely be back! The service was amazing and the breakfast croissants were the best I ever had! The frozen coffee I got was exactly what I needed to put that extra pep in my step! If I lived closer I would most certainly be a regular.

While on a road trip, the wifey and I, who aren't from the area, wanted an afternoon pick-me-up. We aren't a fan of the green and white mermaid so I did a quick Google search for coffee shops and saw that Steam isn't too far from the freeway. We headed into town to grab a cup to go and, well, it was well worth the detour! I picked up an iced vanilla latte with honey and was not disappointed.

Friendly people, cool shop, and the coffee was great! They have a fun menu set named after Harry Potter stuff (The wife got the Butterbeer), and they aren't just a fun name without flavor to back it up!

This place is a gem! If it was within 50 miles of home, we would be making trips regularly. Having moved from Seattle, it has been hard to find a good coffee shop and this puts our favorite ones in the NW to shame. Well balanced coffee and excellent service

I apologize for only just now posting this review. I’ve been to Steam a couple dozen times because I love it so much. The owners are the absolute sweetest and you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Trust me! I’ve tried at least ten different drinks (lattes, frappes & iced coffee) and have not caught them slipping. They are the real deal!

Before moving to Fountain Inn, my husband and I would drive around and look at the town and walk the Main Street to feel like locals. We stopped in at Steam and instantly felt like we belonged. The art, the aroma, and the friendly service just can’t be overlooked.

I have found so many more reasons to pop in since that first time. One of my favorite parts about visiting Steam is the art and local vendors that you can find right inside. This place is literally the hangout spot Inn our town. The way the seating is set up you can enjoy coffee with a friend or go there to meet new friends. There’s plenty of space to social distance if you’re extra cautious. All the workers wear their masks also (just want to throw that out there).

My husband is not a coffee drinker, but the smoothies and pastries are a big win for him. There is something for everyone on the menu! I think that covers it all, be sure to say hi when you see me and my family hanging out at the best coffee shop Inn town!

I visited Steam and Cream for the first time this morning and I am super impressed! I was a little disappointed when I arrived,after placing my order online, and realized that they hadn’t known about it…But Chris (I believe) mentioned that they had just started using the online ording…..which made the situation understandable. I’m not an impatient person and I definitely don’t mind waiting, especially when the atmosphere is so relaxing. The shop itself is just a very welcoming space (Kudos to the decorator)! Anywho, after a while Chris came by with my order and ,I’m not sure why, left very quickly. I was barley able to thank him. The coffee , hot chocolate,and breakfast sandwiches are Amazing! I will definitely be back!!!!!

We drive all the way from North Carolina to come to this shop. We get some sandwiches and one of their signature drinks. We always buy a couple of bags of their delicious single origin coffee. Love the owners and the staff is amazing! So nice!!!!

Excellent flavored coffee selection, cold or hot!! Best part everything can be made decaf.
Great sandwiches, and they have sugar free pecan ice cream!!

Cool atmosphere to chill at!

This is the best coffee in all of South Carolina! Erica and Chris are two of the most wonderful people to boot!

Came in on a nice quiet Saturday. The owner (i think) who works the counter is really nice and friendly. The simple cappuccino I had was delicious and much better than any chain can offer. He also didn't mind me loitering for a couple hours to do some homework on their free WiFi. This will be a new regular spot for me!
