It was a good ambiance. Our barista was helpful and knowledgeable Of menu items. Helped me make a decision on what coffee to order per my taste and likings. I found it slightly pricey. Next time I will be ordering their coffee flight. I also wish, if they were open late. I may not go to Starbucks then. Overall 3.95/5 stars.

I love this place. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. I got so much work done. The coffee is great and the kindness of the owner is unlike anything I’ve experienced in Charlotte. You won’t be disappointed

I got the summer flight and was blown away by how refreshing each option I had was. The blackberry lemonade cold brew was absolutely perfect, and the chocolate orange one tasted like my favorite chocolate candy. Couldn’t have been better.

I got a mocha with hemp milk and cinnamon, my daughter got an egg and sausage Empanada, and my mom got a latte. All absolutely delicious and the staff was very friendly and quick.

Coffee is delicious, calm atmosphere, plenty of comfortable seating. Kids hot chocolate had perfect taste and temperature for the kids to immediately drink.

Great coffee and food!! Nice place to relax for a bit and hang out with family or friends to catch up.

Not only is the environment delightful and the service e courteous and timely, but the coffees are truly crafted with intention. Wow. The Colombian and Ethiopians pour overs were pleasant and fulfilling. It can be hard to pull the flavor notes out of the beams when the shop is busy. But Knowledge Perk delivers success in each cup. Yum. I’ll be back tomorrow.

I love this coffee shop! I come here often to study. The staff is very nice and the drinks are tasty. It is decorated cutely and there are outlets in good positions. There is just one complaint I have.... It is so so cold in here. I have to bring a blanket and jacket to sit in here🥺 I still love it though❤️

Amended review:
I've been coming here regularly since opening as it's in my backyard. I still love the coffee but the customer service has left the building. I used to be greeted, and given recommendations on flights, seasonal and other specials and now I'm lucky if I get acknowledged at the checkout. Not to mention it's winter yet I go inside and it's freezing. I'm not sure if the management has changed or what but does have me looking elsewhere to go for my afternoon meetings and coffee dates. Disappointed local.

Amazing location with great, friendly workers. I've been waiting for a place to work and hang out locally for a long time and I think I've found my spot. The bonus is the coffee experiences they offer throughout the week.

Knowledge Perk is the only place I get coffee in the area. They roast THE best coffee!
