It's a roach coach. OK: however something great about this trailer. I have been around the world and have had things to eat, that I was glad that, I didn't know what it was I was eating however I have never had what they offered. It was an incredible completely new taste to me. They told me it was some kind of offering from Hawaii. I don't even know the name. It had sushi rice as a base, with egg on top of that and cooked ham on top of that wrapped in seaweed paper with some kind of a light sauce maybe. I couldn't wait till the next day to get two more for breakfast, and they had the trailer out late that night working, and were not prepared the next morning and I cannot tell you how extremely disappointed I was. I had looked so forward to trying it again to see if it was a flook or those things truly taste that incredible as I believe they do! They said they will be back Wednesday and the anticipation on my part cannot be described! Unless an act of God stops me I will be there! I drink coffee black and their coffee is head and shoulders above the rest also! I shouldn't give 5 stars because they weren't prepared the next day but I feel compelled to. Because the food was just that good!

The coffee was good. The wait was long and our orders were messed up and forgotten about. Didn't try the food but it looked good. Would give it another try.

Best cold brew I’ve ever tried - Super smooth!! Blueberry scones were 10/10. Service was fast and friendly. They even gave a free homemade dog treat to my pupper! :)

Best coffee on Folly! Iced Lavender Oat Milk Latte is my fav!

Best spot on Folly. Absolutely pleased and satisfied. Reasonably priced spam musubi was devine!!! Oat milk lattes and baked goods just as good. We needed that after an extremely disappointing and expensive meal from a different restaurant the night before. Good stuff comes in small packages! Really good stuff. (Disclaimer: author and family typically eat plant-based, but we’re coming back for more spam!!!)

The best coffee experience! Top notch customer service! Housemade syrups and homemade baked goods! So good we had to stop in twice on our short 2 day trip visit!

Stopped for an iced latte and drip coffee - delicious! They made my 5 year old a special treat (iced cream) since they didn't have baked goods yet. Excellent service!
