Center Street Coffee

The coffee here is some of the best coffee I have had in a long time, however, there was such a long line every visit, I was only actually willing to wait in the line for this great coffee two of the four times I went by. It was always just one person working, taking one order and making it, at a time. So expect a horribly long wait even if it is just a few people. But if you are willing to make the wait, or get there before everyone else, you will definitely enjoy what you get.

Extremely overpriced. $6.50 per pastry with an added 3.5% charge just for using a credit card. Oh and they do not have an actual espresso machine. Save your money and disappointment.

Meh, past experiences here have been lukewarm in terms of quality, and seriously, $8 for a croissant? Just now arrived at 7:05 am otw to surfing and was told "it's going to be a while until we open" - umm OK, peace 🤙.

Great local coffee shop! The cold brew was great and the blueberry cream cheese crossiant was delicious. There was only one person working, but we had a great visit. A must try!

I was rather disappointed with the lack of freshness with my muffin and Babka on Saturday morning on Memorial Day Weekend. I asked the girl who was working where they fresh and she said yes. They were both dry. After waiting for thirty minutes they were not worth the wait.

The pastries and coffee are fine. No better, no worse than what you would expect from a chain. These items are not the issue. What's led to the poor review is the service. The woman working could not have been more unpleasant. We were the only customers inside the shop. We spent $36 on coffee and pastries, only to have six pastries thrown into a large brown shopping bag. We won't be back. The date of service was 2/16/21 at 8:30 a.m.

Great service and amazing selection of pastries and cute vibes- the cheese danish is delicious.

Pretty decent coffee but the line was ridiculously long and they only had one employee working. Chai tea latte didn't even seem to have chai tea in it also - mostly milk with a splash of tea....maybe.

What a great find. Service was excellent, and I was really happy that they don't make drip coffee, only expresso brews. Since I drink decaf it was a fantastic decaf Americana.

They have some really cool seating out back, nothing special and kind of rough, but really quiet and fun. Also, all of the scones and other pastries there are made locally and fantastic.

Will definitely come again.

The line at Center Street Coffee was long when we showed up. In our mind, we thought that spoke to the quality of the coffee: it has to be great for people to wait that long for it, right?? Wrong. I think people were waiting just to have a caffeine fix. The coffee is totally fine, but nothing to write home about. The service his helpful, but rather slow. If you are just looking for some average coffee in a convenient location, you’ve found it. It you’re looking for something great, keep looking. :)
