We randomly found this place walking down the street and decided to just look in the window since they were closed. The guy, still inside, came to unlock door and invite us inside. He showed us around, we had amazing conversation, jazz was playing overhead, and we got some delicious food to go and honestly didn’t want to leave (they didn’t rush us out at all but it was late for us). The spinach and feta strudel was incredible and the berries and cream strudel is an absolute must try. We went back the next day to get more berries and cream and tried the meat pizza strudel - out of this world!

This place is amazing. Stopped by to window shop at 8pm, way after they closed...they guys inside invited us in, showed us around and had great conversation
We left with b a berries and cream strudel and a spinach feta strudel, excellent.
We came back next day and met the chef, he made us fresh strudel. So good.
The food and atmosphere is what is supposed to be, amazing

This place is such an awesome little gem! We showed up for a meal, and we're treated to an experience! The owner/chef greeted us as we walked in and treated us like friends the whole time we were here. The all you can eat brunch was AMAZING. The food was delicious and home cooked, nothing was fake, it was fresh and made from scratch. Even better than food was how much fun we had watching the chef make strudel from scratch, and chatting with him. I can't wait to return.

Stopped in here today while I was working in Downtown Columbia. I got to sit down with Chef Kevin and get to know him a little. He seems like a great guy with a real love for his craft. I tried several different dishes and each one was excellent! I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Great vibes and GREAT EATS. Every visit at The Strudel Shop is worth wild. My favorite Strudels are chicken pot pie and berries n crème *chefs kiss*. 10/10 recommend! Awesome customer service and all around a wonderful place to grab a bite.

Fantastic! I've had apple strudel in Vienna and all over Eastern Europe, and not only is this one of the few places in the US you can actually find it, but it's just as good as the best I've had in Europe. The chef has also invented his own variations, both sweet and savory (highly recommend the spanakopita (sp?) and pizza strudels for something very different). The chef is usually there himself and will treat you like royalty.

Happened to park at a meter and see this place...so glad I went in. Sweetest man behind the counter! Left with a veggie pizza strudel and the raspberry and yes I ate my dessert first...Yum x2! Will go back for sure when I'm in town. Gotta try that chicken pot pie he was starting 😋

Great restaurant. Went for brunch and had some wonderful sweet and savory food. In passing I asked if they ever had sticky buns and the chef said yes. Then went to the back and made one for me to go. Great staff and food. I would absolutely recommend to anyone who will listen. 🤣

We arrived when they were closing and they treated us so well. Prepared coffee, hot chocolate and let us taste a sample of home made ice cream. Just delicious. We really felt like being home even though we were tourists. THANK YOU GUYS (from the Argentinians that arrived on a cold sunday afternoon)
