If you are downtown, especially on campus, and you need a coffee or a good sandwich, this is a solid choice. The atmosphere is great as well, although it can get a bit crowded some days. Check out the daily specials board, they have a turkey Reuben occasionally that is out of sight.

A truly horrible place! I had ordered a tuna sandwich, and they gave me a tuna melt instead. Honest mistake, no big deal, so I took it back. But guess? Not only did I not get a new sandwich and not only did I not get my money back, I was virtually scolded for even bringing the mistake to their attention. I suppose they don't want my business, nor perhaps that of my colleagues at USC. Fine with me, but I would prefer a sign at the door that this place only serves some people.

Good food, though a limited selection. Coffee is great, atmosphere is great, and the staff are super nice and very helpful. I love coming here because its close to campus, tasty, and just a nice environment to do work and hang out.

Loved the toasted multi-grain bread on my turkey and green apple sandwich. Cranberry scone was pretty good. Not a coffee drinker so I can't comment there. Parking is extremely limited and can be a challenge.

If part of what gets you going in the morning is experiencing rude service and dodging a bizarrely aggressive owner/manager, then this is the place for you. My experience along this line has been amazing outside of there usual day to day low quality and unfriendly interactions with the staff.
I went to use the bathroom one day, finding the door open but occupied by the tall unkempt owner of Immaculate. I apologized and waited for him to finish before going about my business. Seated back at my table, he approached me with - I wish I was joking - a knife in one hand. He asked me, loudly, to go back in the bathroom and clean up the mess in there. I didn't recall any mess so I asked him what he was talking about. He leaned over me, aggressively and told me, "You left the roll of toilet paper unraveled" and demanded I go clean it up, scolding me to never do that again in front of patrons and staff.
Feeling embarrassed enough for both of us this point, I go to the bathroom to see what was amiss. The toilet paper roll was dangling, not yet reaching the floor, I take the 2 seconds to roll it back up.
Staff are rude and its not hard to see why with this psychopath as their boss. Avoid.

A tucked away treat! I love their coffee and they have a great fresh sandwich menu. Atmosphere is definitely 10/10. Staff is awesome.

Fairly priced, hospitable staff, good breakfast items and an incredible environment make this one of the best spots to sit with a cup of coffee in town.

A fun place to study or meet with friends! Great food selection and the coffee is really good. I personally prefer sitting downstairs; they roast coffee down there sometines, and it smells wonderful. 👌

Great atmoshphere and the staff is super friendly. The highlight was the coffee. It is some of the best coffee I have had. The expresso shakes are amazing as well. It made the drive to Columbia totally worth it.

What's not to love about Immac? I've been here a number of times. Besides the great service, I think the best thing about the location is the character of the building and the big windows up front. I love. that.
The great coffee is a no-brainer.
