The Belgian chocolate extreme Gelato was from a machine. I was not expecting that.... not very good. Waffle cone was stale.... definitely would not come back. So disappointing 😞

The staff was working their booties off and all respect to them. But the product was terrible, which is the store's/management's fault. Spent 10 minutes in line and $5.50 on a small cup of what was advertised as "Belgian chocolate" *gelato* but was, in fact, simple chocolate soft serve of a quality no better (perhaps worse, definitely warmer) than that found at your local minor league baseball stadium. I ended up just tossing it. Avoid this place and save your money.

The items were under Gelato:
Chocolate Hazelnut
Sweet Vanilla
The topping listed and requested were hazelnut chips, and chocolate. Chocolate Hazelnut was Chocolate Ice cream with peanut chips, Sweet Vanilla was ice with chocolate put into the cup first

So delicious! Coffee and little Dutch pancakes are amazing!

I liked the latte and croissant. The latte and milkshake were really small. Overall good but overpriced

Just stopped in for a couple coffees but man they were just perfect! I also love that they were drinkable right away! So many coffee shops serve up their beverages nuclear hot so you've gotta wait a week to drink them but my latte was EXACTLY the perfect temp to drink right away on a cold windy day!
I'll be back with the fam to get some gelato.

Both individuals who were working when I went in were friendly and professional. I had the Caramel Bootlegger and it was probably one of the best coffees I have ever had! If you need a little pick me up, I would definitely recommend swinging by!

$6 for a small cup of soft serve chocolate?!? The $1 cone at McDonald's taste the same if not better. Do not recommend for "gelato"...

The little pancakes were delicious! The Dutch chocolate gelato was from a soft serve machine, and it wasn’t remarkable. But the chocolate hazelnut was amazing!

Expensive flavorless Ice cream ( has nothing to do with gelato, that’s why I’m going to call it ice cream).
We ordered one soft serve vanilla in a cone as well as the chocolate hazelnut in a cone. The vanilla one tastes like McDonalds, whereas the hazelnut one does not taste as bad. A little over $5 for the Ice cream would have been too expensive but then they charged extra $2 each for the worst plain cones we had in a long time. An absolute ripoff!
Usually I don’t leave bad reviews since I understand that everyone can have a bad day/batch and be a grown up about it and rather not return to a subpar establishment. But the horrible customer service pushed me over the edge. A simple hello and good day would have sufficed, instead nothing and sulking faces.I get it no one wants to work on New Year’s Day, but maybe don’t open.
In conclusion, the whole experience was as tasteless as the Ice Cream.
