Gorgeous interior, great service and delicious coffee. Definitely needs to be part of your Charleston itinerary. Pet friendly, lots of comfy seats and free drip refills.

Ordered coffee; Luke warm on arrival. Nice place to sit with a computer or read.

Their oatmeal is amazing! When I went, it was a large portion with a fresh spread of fruit and a generous spoonful of yogurt on top. I became obsessed immediately. The coffee is good too, and their chai is very comforting and sweet. The atmosphere is nice and welcoming, but it can feel a little awkward because you’re technically in the lobby of a very expensive hotel.

At the corner of Meeting Street and Church Street in the heart of the tourist district is a great coffee experience. They brew Second State Coffee which is heavenly. The interior is well executed. Even the workers wear thematic outfits.
My only complaint would be the speed of service. Service can be even slower if you order food which comes from the kitchen of the hotel.
Despite the slow preparation and the long line this is a great coffeeshop. Great coffee should be a good enough excuse to slow down. Give Clerks a try. Also, Clerks if you read this... Extend your hours til 7PM (at least).

Loved our little morning coffee stop here! The Americano I got and the Macchiato my husband got were both made perfectly! The espresso here tasted wonderful, staff was kind and the location is great as well! Do yourself a favor and grab your morning coffee here in your way to sight see!The inside is adorable with plenty (yet spaced) seating. Definitely will be back again!

Cute coffee shop inside a boutique hotel. The space was beautiful and the staff was friendly. It took a while to order because it felt like not enough people were working. The drinks and food (they had pizza and granola bars) seemed overpriced.

Good European coffee: strong and real cappuccino. Also staff was friendly compared to other places Dowtown Charleston where you could tell they don’t like immigrants or anyone not rich!

I had an iced lavender oat milk latte -- it was great and served very quickly! The atmosphere is pleasant, in a cute hotel in the center of downtown.

Excellent baristas who are friendly and ready to get you a delicious beverage. Atmosphere and design concept is top notch too. It's a lot of black white and wood, which is obviously a trend that's been around a while and is not going anywhere anytime soon. The cold brew was exceptional. After having a lackluster cold brew earlier today (that claimed to be best in the city and it was weak and severely deluded) this was refreshing. One star taken away because they make a 16 Oz iced Americano with only two shots. Three is kind of the standard for that size. Other than that, this place is excellent.

Tasty Italian sandwich but the plain latte tasted mostly of sweet milk (it looked pretty though).
Staff was nice, music wasn't too loud, good space to chill, read, study. Will be back
