S&S Destination

The salad had several pieces of lettuce that had frozen and thawed. Dressing was just sugar. Price for quality and quantity was not worth the visit. Owner spent time chatting with people they know vs making sure things were right. Not worth a visit.

It doesn't get much better than S&S Destination! Walking inside the candy shop is a blast from the past, with attention to every detail serving as reminders to the good memories from childhood. I am so glad to have a place to share the simpler times with my children and to sit outside to enjoy food that a unique twist on old favorites with our family. My girls love picking out candy and ice cream (and I love that it is affordable!) I highly recommend supporting this small business in Chapin!

Very cute candy and ice cream shop but the restaurant is overpriced and the food wasn't worth the wait.
We waited over 30min for chicken and belguim waffles. The chicken was salty and dry. The waffles were soggy, flat and looked like waffle house waffles.
Cute concept, but not very well executed.

I attended the pre-grand opening event. Wow! The candy selection is so varied. Love the candy by the decades wall. And the food…oh my. Such a taste explosion. The Pig Candy (candied bacon), the sandwiches, the waffles, shrimp and grits. All wonderful. I’m so excited to go back for the grand opening this week!

Went to S and S destination for Fish and chips tonight. Most disgusting dinner I have had in a long time..Fish was burned.
French fries were soggy and they did't include any coleslaw!! Not going back!! I did not call in my order. I stood outside while it was being cooked and it was handed to me. No one ever told me I should not carry it home. Sounds like the matter is a little confused

Very good food. Very friendly staff. It's small but cute. I would recommend. Just an FYI. There's limited seating and some outside. Ours was a nice day and a train went by which was cool.

Top-notch ice cream! It was nostalgic to see all the old fashioned candy for sale as well. Similar to a Mast's General in candy displays. Everything from truffle fries to shrimp and grits on the menu...with a kid-friendly, adult-charming aesthetic.

Came today for a quick bite and discovered I was in flavor town! The staff was so friendly and the food was SO surprising! I was lucky enough to come in at the rime the owner was there - and, WOW! So passionate and committed! How lucky is Chapin!

We have been anticipating S&S Destination opening for some time now and at the Friends & Family Tasting last week we were not disappointed! The food is delicious! High quality ingredients and well thought out menu options. This place is so fun and well done, it is truly a gift to Chapin from owner Jaime Bohnke. Definitely 5 starts all the way. Take your kids, take a date, take your parents, this is fun for everyone!
