Just Us Cafe

Really like this place! It has a real homey feel, almost like you're in an extension of someones home. It's one of those places where "everybody knows your name."

The food is delicious and down home and the service is friendly. If you are looking for some place that's down-home, southern, or country, this is the place!

As usual a 3 to 5 minute wait for table BUT we did walk in at 1205. They were out of two items on menu but this made me try a new item (from the menu [flounder]) and I was very pleased.

Ordered the full stack of pancakes, they were too thick and just not good. The rest of our order was ok.

I've been eating here intermittently for the past decade or better. I left to live in San Francisco in 2017 and when I moved back recently, I had to satiate my craving for this wonderful place. To my surprise, absolutely nothing had changed. This was a delighted surprise, as this establishment shouldn't change a thing. The best fried fish and two egg breakfast around at an unbeatable price, and their lunch menu is nothing to scoff at. There is a real atmosphere of a tight-knit community who all have created bonds here and that adds to the charm of this special cafe. Seriously, don't pass this place up! Go once and you'll want to go again.

Terrible customer service! The general manager “Robert” whom is supposed to be in charge was very disrespectful to not only his employee but also to me as a customer. He came from the back of the restaurant a slammed dishes in front of our sever who is pregnant and made a very mean comment as he walked away. When I asked for him to come speak with us at our table he became very nasty & never apologized for his customer service. I will NEVER come back to this establishment! This is very inappropriate and I don’t recommend visiting

I went here with local friends and let me tell you, I loved everything about it! It’s clearly a locals place that has charm and great food! Definitely recommend going here!

My first time visiting Just Us cafe, and it was a good experience overall. 👍

My sister and her fiance invited my husband, me, and our baby boy to join them for brunch. We arrived at 10:40am on a Saturday, and there was a wait of about 15-20 minutes. Once we were seated at a booth, they promptly took our drink orders, then returned in good time to take our meal orders (menus are on the table). The waitress was very pleasant through all our interactions.

It seemed a very reasonable time that we waited for the food to arrive, and everything was delicious! 🍳🥓🥞
They accidentally brought raisin toast instead of plain with one meal, but quickly brought the plain out and let us keep the raisin as well. 🍞 One of my pancakes was broken apart and weirdly shaped (and placed on the bottom of the stack), but it still tasted the same. 😁

For a first time visitor, it was a bit confusing on where was best to park and go in, but we figured it out. 👍
