They're definitely delicious!!! My kids and I love eating all of the different flavored donuts that they have to offer. They also offer some seasonal donuts that are super cute (and so so delicious) and are really fun for the occasional treat.

When it comes to donuts, Krispy Kreme is the benchmark. Three times a day the hot and now sign comes on. And WOW the hot, gooey donuts that are fresh off the press are amazing. They literally melt in your mouth. Then there are the seasonal donuts. They have football shapes and pumpkin donuts in the Fall as an example. Many, many yummy options, including New York cheesecake, chocolate iced, and various jelly options. The folks there are so friendly. We buy a lot for my company for various meetings and training classes. They always have them ready and waiting, on time. Great experience. Go check them out.

They handed off my order to me without mentioning any of the missing doughnuts which came out to about half of my entire order, and instead replaced them with standard glazed without asking for replacement options. I found out mid drive that they were missing from my order and don't care to go back considering this isn't the first time that the store runs out of stock on practically everything.

I ordered online 1 dozen glazed that were supposed to come with 1 Halloween donut. Unfortunately, i did this for delivery, so they left out the Halloween donut. When i called to let them know, they said the owner decided to not give Halloween donuts and just give glazed, which totally ruins the entire promotion they were running. They really didn't care when i called and told them. It's one thing to make a mistake, but this was intentional, and by the owner of the business.

I know they are busy and are probably short staffed, so it's really not their fault. I was already running late to work but the line in the drive thru was wrapped all the way around the building to the drive way. It took me about 20 minutes to finally get my order.

When I got my Covid-19 vaccine, a nurse told me I should go to Krispy Kreme to get my free donut. So since the clinic was 2 miles from a KK and there isn't one near my home, I thought this was a good idea.
I drove to KK and parked in the back of the parking lot, downloaded their app and set it up for my debit card. Then I looked through the app to find out how to get a free donut, and decided to order a variety box to take home.
The variety box offer that I chose was shown as unavailable (expired yesterday!) once I looked in the checkout, so I removed it and chose another. Still looking for the free glazed donut offer, I finally decided I'd order the box and ask about the free donut at the window.
By this time, there were enough cars waiting on line that they wrapped around the building to the driveway entrance and the next car in line would be in the street, so I cancelled the order and went home. A free donut wasn't worth this!
And now I've found that I've been debited almost $11 for the donuts I didn't order. Needless to say I'm not pleased with the Krispy Kreme app and I'm not planning to visit a KK location again any time soon.
