Summer Snow Bakery & Cafe

We try to take the kids here at least once a week. We always eat when we go so we get free play for the kids. The food is delicious! I love the hamburger and the fried fish sandwich. We get the ham and cheese for the kids and they love it. Can't wait to go again!

The bread specialty store is actually a Korean food specialty store.
A kind Korean female CEO runs it and cooks for me.
The staff is handsome.
The taste of the food is Korean.
I highly recommend coconut coffee.

I would give it a 5 star except for the food. Definitely below average. The snow is fun, but overall every dish I've had wasn't high quality. Though the boboa drinks were good.

I went to the one at World Resort and ordered the mango snow ice, the chunks were sour and hard so I wish it had been better.

Not safe for kids, so many broken toys. Some don’t have batteries and some toys looks like second hand toys. I have some of the same toys at home. My kids got them from McDonalds, a better, safer environment for kids. The toys are so crowded and looks so ugly even when it’s organize. Also, can’t you fix the BLOCK ZONE, ITS ZONE WITH A O. This is no BLOCK ZONE MORE LIKE BROKEN ZONE!!! I would recommend the owners and staff to throw 75% of their toys and replace them with new ones. Until then, I highly recommend that you DONT let your kids stay here.

The prices for baked goods and smooth are moderate..As for the food menu it's kind of pricey the portions doesn't match the prices.

The owners’s employees gave better service during previous visits to the business. An older lady (probably in her late 40s) that is said to be the owner gave terrible service. They don’t take caution of keeping things clean and disinfected seriously.

Just for two simple smoothies that did not taste good and made with poor effort by the OWNER had been completed in 30 minutes after she said 10 minutes. Initially walked in right after a couple that went to the play area while no one was inside the main cafe.

MangoSix makes 2 better tasting, more complex smoothies in half the amount of time the owner took to make 2 sloppy smoothies on a slow day.

Once saw a kid playing at the play area come outside to pet a stray cat and went back inside to play without washing or at least disinfecting their hands. While the kid was petting the cat, an employee had seen the kid touch the cat right before the person related to the Summer Snow Cafe fed the cat before closing the cafe.

Its okay. I like the coffees and deserts. But I kinda don't like the interior. Its too bright for me and too much lighting. Though the concept is really nice and they have a kids cafe. Your child is safe in there.
One thing to address is the employees attitude. Its not friendly, they make people wait in the counter even though they saw me up there.

Okay so before coming here, I heard stories of rude and obnoxious employees. However, the employees that served us did not show any negative attitude. Their only problem was that they looked like he were not enjoying their job - that's understandable. The food was great for their price except for their snows. It was hard to find parking. The interior of the place was nice.

I honestly love this place because of the good service from the cafe and kids area however, when I brought over my child to play at the kids zone, the old lady just stands while the other worker cleans everything Herself/Himself!!! I always come to summer snow and this has been the case everytime I see her! I feel bad for those younger workers who don't receive the help they need during their shift with the older lady. She loves to just stand up and do absolutely nothing and I only ever see her talk, even to me once when she should be watching my kids with her co-worker not only her co-worker should be the one working!8 I hope summer snow can advise them to work their job or find somewhere else because I don't want to put my child in the kids zone knowing that the older lady worker (if she is there when I go there) is not keeping an eye on them. I hope my concern will be fixed.
