Cafe Puya

Food was decent, prices reasonable. Nice selection of lunch and breakfast items. Staff very friendly.

The food and customer service is exceptional at Cafe Puya. We ordered something that had an ingredient unavailable and one of the workers ran to the store to purchase it so that we could order what we wanted. Definitely recommend the Turkey Sandwich, pancakes, and Oreo Frappe (They use real ice cream 🍦).

Simply fabulous Puerto Rican Breakfast...and lunch. I called to ask breakfast availability hours our resort's serving time ended at 10:30. Cafe Puya serves it until 3pm. Great for vacation late breakfast. Great coffee and fresh juices. I felt joyful as he told me the oranges were from my nearby town when he learn I was from it... Las Marías.
The owner is very polite; he thank me for the opportunity of serving us at the end of the call. That made me not search for more places. He offered in case of any difficulty on finding the place he will stand outside on the phone until we found him. No need...easy to find as it's on main street.

The food is great when they get their orders right which is rarely. make sure when you order anything you are specific with what you want or you’ll be eating the wrong thing.

Very typical of what Puerto Ricans eat para desayuno. Super tasty and the prices are very affordable. Very friendly staff!! Plus fresh juice - Jugo de parcha all the way.
