Good food, nice clean place, but service was mediocre, below our expectations.

Super epic! Very close to beautiful and hidden beaches, shops, and other amenities of the beautiful surf spot of Rincon. The food is amazing and the service is awesome 💯 definitely recommend!

Nice ambience and good deals in the plaza. Unfortunately all of our food was not great. We all ordered burgers, and were asked how we'd like them cooked. We said medium, but they all came out well done. The burgers themselves were shaped like kababs. The burgers had a diameter about 2/3 the diameter of the bun, and were about an inch and a half thick. The burgers were still juicy, but nothing I'd recommend. I got a side of chips and pico, and the chips were a bit stale. Pretty disappointing altogether.

We came in ready to like the place but had the worst experience we've had in Puerto Rico so far - and actually the only bad experience we've had. The guy taking names skipped us on the waiting list after telling us we were next to be seated. When we asked him about it he said he wouldn't seat a 2 person party at a 4 person table. That could be reasonable, if he hadn't done exactly that for the couple in front of us earlier.

When we were finally seated, they completely ignored us and gave us no water or menus or even a greeting. We watched as even people seated outside after us were given these basic things.

Luckily outside in the park there was some festival going on. We left and went to that instead, and had some interesting, delicious food from the vendors instead of generic diner fare from this place. Skip this place if you aren't Puerto Rican or white - they're not going to give you the time of day.

Really nice server behind the bar here. This part of Puerto Rico is seemingly almost exclusively English, as in the language spoken, and the center of a place that’s transforming into a hip square full of coffee shops, progressive restaurants and craft beer. This coffee shop might be seen as the anchor to all of that, with excellent lattes and regular brew, plus brunch, art hanging up and servers who are happy to lend a hand with your itinerary.

Good food, looooong wait. About an hour to get a couple sandwiches and a couple salads. Food was tasty when it finally arrived though.

COVID procedures are taken at the door and there is outdoor seating by the downtown center square for good people watching and taking in the vibes of Rincón! Fun place to start off our west coast ventures in PR! If you are looking for parking, park on Calle Parque down a little off street near by!

extremely disappointing and unprofessional service from the wait staff. the opportunity this establishment has is unseen, and that is very bad.

Extremely disrespectful to customers. We ate here last year and liked the vegetarian options. Today we took visiting family members and were treated terribly. My cousin's order, a burger, did not come out with the rest of the food. There was no explanation and we hoped it was on it's way. The server did not return and it took a while to get her attention although she was hanging out at the cashier area. She said that the burger was mixed up with another table indicating the table behind us and that another would be out soon. The rest of us ate believing the burger was on it's way. It was not, but the table behind us was then served four burgers while we continued to wait. That table came in well after us and was a larger group. We were then told that the problem was with the kitchen. We canceled the burger. No one apolized or offered to at least cover my cousin's drink, since she never got food to go with it. Our entire meal and treasured time together was spoiled by this terrible restaurant. Avoid thus place or risk a similar experience. The food that was served was mediocre, at best. And, since the server was avoiding us, my brother was unable to request the condiments that he needed for his food. All around bad.

Wait staff was the best! They were on top of it and super friendly and fun. The food was good, and fresh, and well thought out. Would recommend but not the most amazing thing I've eaten on the island
