Love the brewed ice coffee flavors and the acai bowls which are fresh and not overpriced. Service is quick especially with online order ahead.

The atmosphere is awesome, and the decor is really cool! I enjoyed sitting down here. It smelled wonderful, the food was great, and the people were pleasant!

Went here for lunch on a week day. We sat at a table inside though there is a nice outdoor seating area as well. Had a delicious BLT with an iced tea. I saw that they have a Drive Thru which is very convenient. Definitely recommend!

The staff was super friendly and loved my dog, they even gave her a cookie which really warmed my heart however, the latte I ordered was so cold when I was served it. I'm not sure why... but the flavor of the latte was delicious and I ordered 3 of them. It was a little pricey. I will be back, maybe the machine was just having an off day.

Made a special trip to find this place after hearing about it on Facebook. Super cute inside with tables for sitting, as well as comfy, cozy chairs and there's an outside area as well. The food was very fresh.I had avocado toast and it was made on sourdough toast with large chunks of avocado and spring greens. My husband had the breakfast burrito which looked amazing. We will definitely be back for lunch as they have a huge selection of sandwiches!

This is definitely the best coffee around, especially if you want speciality espresso drinks. The strawberry or mint cold foam is to die for.

The food has been hit or miss for me on the few occasions I have tried it, that’s the only reason why it’s at 4 and not 5 stars. The breakfast burrito is definitely a hit.

Service can take a little while but it has to be the friendliest drive through experience in recent memory.

I no longer will attend alanias if the owner is working she shorts me everytime… without her working staff is excellent but if she is working I wouldn’t go. I Just went through the drive through here and I always give them business but again this happens… 1. This drink cost 6$ 2. I’ve have taken a singular sip…

Alaina's is a very cute and cozy place to have a coffee, breakfast, or lunch. The staff were super friendly. Prices are a tad bit high, but the quality and service make it worth it.

Unfortunately, after spending a good amount of money at this coffee shop since they opened in West Greenwich, my family and I are regrettably discontinuing our business here. My wife had a less than acceptable customer service encounter with Management. My mother in law later went to the location to grab a coffee on her way over and received the exact same treatment. We attempted to reach out to the owner of the establishment but apparently that person cannot be reached, rather their information cannot be given to customers for whatever reason. As I stated, between gift cards and regular daily purchases, we have provided well over $1000 in business to this location and simply asked for an apology or to be contacted. Again, we regrettably will not be supporting this business any longer.
