Under new ownership within the last couple months (as of my review Aug 2021). Be weary of older poor reviews since they do not accurately reflect this establishment under new ownership!

The new owner totally revived this cafe - the food & coffee is much more fresh (due to increased traffic) and remained affordable, great place to get a quick breakfast, snack, or lunch with perfect portions.

I had the wonderful privilege of going to this superb cafe at the invitation of a former student of mine from Brown, which included a walk around the beautiful Goddard Memorial State Park. Go. Just go. The proprietor, who does everything, is something of a culinary magician. I highly recommend anything with her sourdough bread. It may be a while before I get there again, but I already look forward to my next visit.

The new owner Oat has added a lot of style and quality to Simon Says. She bakes every day and pays attention to the freshness of the sandwich ingrediants. She recently added Thai style noodle bowls and soups. The breakfast sandwiches are incredible!

First time visiting this location with my family. We've been living in Cowesett for about 3 years. We often come to Main Street because we love the restaurants. But one staff member who appeared to be the cook, seemed to be bothered and annoyed. I did not feel welcomed at all. I will certainly not return to this location. Young girl at the registered was very pleasant but he certainly was not. I will take my family elsewhere.

A small coffee, muffin and sandwich spot on Main St. in East Grin. Popular with regulars especially in the am. They bake their own muffins. All are good, but their corn muffin is the best I 've ever had. Good cup of coffee. When we moved to town 3 or 4 years ago we survived for a week on a morning thermos of coffee and a couple of takeout muffins.

Simon Says Cafe is a great place to have a good cup of coffee and a handcrafted sandwich. I usaully get a grilled chicken wrap which is great! Lots of options for breakfast too...we will be back!

The signage inside and out is a mess. It is very confusing place to order from. That being said the sausage egg and cheese was very good.
