A great spot to grab a coffee and people watch on a nice sunday afternoon. I really can't comment on the food because we only have a beverage when we go

Been a regular here for many years. Every time I visit my parents, I come here with a buddy or two, grab a nice coffee and desert, and just people watch and let the world slowly march by.
Coffee in this place is awesome, taste very good, and desert is fresh daily. If available get the chocolate moose boom, my god it taste awesome.

Very fun place to enjoy others company. Busy even on a Tuesday night. Interesting that all drinks have to be obtained at the bar. There are no wait staff. Those bartenders never stop.

The cafe is so cozy and the staff is so inviting! The prices are pretty reasonable too. The bar is a uniquely laid back vibe, not somewhere to go wild but share stories over an espresso martini

Have only had espresso martinis here! They are excellent! It is a great spot to go after dinner when you not ready to go home.

I love this Cafe. Been visiting it since it was opened. My favourite coffee is the Milano. Nice sandwiches and bakery items available here as well. Perfect place to meet with a friend, date, or even just to do some homework. The cozy upstairs area with books and fireplace as well as the adjacent Tuscan styled bar makes this a gem in East Greenwich.

Even on a late Sunday night, when all else on Post Road in the charming 300 year old town of East Greenwich is quiet, Main Street Coffee is booming with well-mannered crowds of pleasant regulars. The espresso martinis are nothing other than majestic.

The staff member was extremely rude and unprofessional, The establishment was way over its fire capacity per the State Fire Marshall's office, it was mentioned to security on site and completely disregarded, I would never recommend this place unless you want to deal with a potential problem.

Good drinks but so crowded and only 2 bartenders. It’s definitely a fire hazard, they need to open it up more or let less people in.

This place is a hidden gem! In the warmer months, this is the place to enjoy a tea or a coffee outside and just people watch. However, the colder months is when this place really takes off. It has a warm inviting atmosphere and serves the best espresso martinis I’ve ever had. Here’s a pro tip. Order your espresso martini and head to the back and up the stairs to a cozy loft like area. Sit on a cozy leather couch by the fire and just relax.
