Visiting the Sidewalk Cafe is such a pleasant experience! The staff is very friendly, the music is inviting, and they have fun and unique coffee flavors without being overly sweet (IMO). Not to mention, they're super affordable. Definitely check out this hidden gem for your next caffeine boost!
2 young girls too busy on the computer with their backs to the counter to notice me. Finally I sd excuse me. Asked them questions about product and prices. Short answers and not friendly...acted like I was bothering her. Didn't even say anything after I ordered. Just left counter. Luckily I knew to go to next room to pick up. Same unfriendliness there. One young girl put my drink on counter and left. I had ordered another item and I didn't even have a chance to tell them I didn't get it. So 2 different young girls in the back and once again had to yell excuse me. When she came out I said I didn't get my bread. She sd I didn't know u ordered one. She put it on counter and quickly went in the back again. Again like I was bothering her. 😒 Update: after leaving my negative review the management reached out to me and sent me a gift card. I went back and this time had a salad and iced tea. Glad to say the employees this time(different people than last time) were friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was the salad I chose from the refrigerated section didn't have the items in it that were listed on the label. Due to the large label and condensation on the container there was no way to know this until I opened it up. It was missing blackberries blueberries candied walnuts cucumbers and egg all of which were listed on the label. Of course this was disappointing. Took it to the young lady working there and she let me pick a different salad. However that one was still missing the cucumbers and egg. Sigh. I just accepted that and didn't tell the lady. But if u put it on the label it should be there. Disappointing but I will say otherwise the salad was fresh and very good. Also much appreciated that the management cared enough to reach out to me and made things right. Upgrading from 1 to 4 stars.
The shorter blonde woman who took my order recommended a wonderful drink! My order was served quickly and tasted great. The customer service was fantastic.

Regularly get tea or coffee here. Worth the drive out of the way for a good cup and a great atmosphere

A cafe located at east addition of Sheridan memorial hospital. A great place for a quick bite if you find yourself in the hospital during business hours. You can get a healthy meal and drink there. There's tables and the hospital has free Wi-Fi.
