Still just iffy. Not the worst but there are better burgers in Casper.

Great coffee and the Hatch burrito is amazing. So perfectly seasoned you don't even need salsa with it. Thanks girls. Every time I get through Sheridan I just love coming here. Absolutely one of the best places to stop

Terrible service. Went in due to long drive thru line...stood for 6 minutes, never even acknowledged me. Even a we will be roght with you would be enough, but like they tried to ignore me...and Im not a small man. Wont be back, not the first time this has happened with the owner right there too.

Stopped here for donuts and a coffee half-way through a 28-hour trip. Workers were very friendly and the donuts and coffee made for a great pick-me-up.

Whoa! Awesome service and such a friendly team. Donuts are beyond awesome and the bagel sammies were equally great. Perfect to kick off our road tripping day. Thanks Glazed 'N Confused!

Glazed & Confused is the BEST donut shop in all of Wyoming. We moved up from Texas 6 years ago and have been on the search for a donut like southern donuts in East Texas. We have tried A LOT of donut places in Wyoming & Montana & haven’t found anything that even comes close. So thankful we stumbled upon Glazed & Confused while on a work trip in Sheridan. My husband & I were both extremely impressed. So sad we have to travel 3 hours to get them, but it’s better than having to travel 22 to Texas! Lol. Do yourself a favor & stop in!

Prices are too high. Doughnuts were on the dry side.

I want to go here more but the prices are just too high. They need more deals. I spent $70 dollars on 3 dozen (for donuts)and 2 drinks I think. I want to support local businesses but when I can get the same at Albertsons for less than half that price they need to do something.

The coffee is really light, I know some people like their coffee lighter but I really appreciate a dark strong hearty coffee. I ordered a regular hot coffee with cream and sugar and a cold brew with cream and sugar. The service is excellent though!

I tried this place recently and wow, it was very good. The donuts were some of the best I've ever hard. Their breakfast burritos and bagels are excellent and I will definitely go back. The customer service awesome!

Had high hopes for a good burger. Ordered the smash double deluxe. Pulled the burger out of the box to take a bite and the wrapper had large hole and large amount of grease dripped on brand new pants, now returning to work with grease stains..thanks for that. The bun was already soggy mess which is an absolute no for me. Took a couple bites even with the terrible first impression of the burger with high hopes, left only to be disappointed. Burger went I trash with everything else. $15.00 dollars later and still hungry with ruined clothes, def will never be back in this place.

We got some bagel sandwiches here and they were absolutely amazing and what made them even better was the super friendly service. The atmosphere is very welcoming too so we hung out awhile and played board games! 10/10 I would recommend and we will be back again!

Constantly out of basic ingredients for bagels (e.g. ham, tomatoes, etc.), a complete shame since a produce store is literally a walk away! Very poorly managed, understaffed and close main lobby at times and force people through drive through only, owner no where to be seen to help employees. Falsely advertise in some newspapers/magazines that they make their bagels fresh. When speaking to employees they said they have the bagels brought it and don't make them in house. Glazed and CONFUSED lives up to it's name.

Delish donuts and very friendly workers! They have lots of savory breakfast options as well. The shop has lots of seating. I'll definitely go again when I'm in town.

Great breakfast and lunch items including keto-friendly! It's a good size menu, so much more than donuts AND there is a drive-thru! Peace OUT Starbucks! I've got a great locally owned spot now!
