The Grande Burrito is my favorite. Their french fries are stupendous. Plenty of seating in the restaurant and they also do take out. You can call in your order too. I think the industrial decor is nifty. Recommended.

The French Dip and Sausage Breakfast Burrito are absolutely delicious. Went in for steak nite had the porterhouse chop was perfectly cooked and seasoned I also had mashed potatoes and garlic gravy and sauteed mushrooms and came with dessert. Was absolutely delicious.

Great little find in a small town while passing through! Had the grilled chicken sandwich, was cooked to order, the chicken was hot, the ingredients were fresh and the baguette-style sandwich bun was delicious. Very friendly establishment with bright modern, clean environment and plenty of menu choices. Would stop again next time passing through, for sure.

My family and I moved to Lusk Wy after living in UT for many years, and my wife and I were totally expecting to have to deal with having no good espresso coffee in our new town. WrONG!! Rough and Refined has THE BEST lattes we've had, EVER! You can tell they take pride in what they do. I still haven't eaten here yet but I assure you based off the coffee I bet it's incredible! Thanks!!

12/26/22. Glad we stopped here. Not many places to choose from to eat in this town. This place may be a bit cozy for my taste, but the flavor of the food made up for it. Great serving size for the price too.

I worked across the street from them for nearly 2 months and purchased the Mocha and multiple menu items each week. The food was always hot, cooked perfect and delicious. All the items from the Indian Fry Bread Tacos, chicken noodle soup to the giant burritos were made fresh and nothing out of a can. Great cooking and service. Just a great run coffee shop and eatery. Breakfast & lunch portions left me with extra to take home. They are more refined than rough!! The staff was friendly, professional and kept. The place spotless. I don’t give 5 stars often if you have seen my reviews. They deserve 5+.

If you find yourself traveling thru the quaint little town of Lusk in North Eastern Wyoming do yourself a favor and stop by the Rough and Refind restaurant. The food is great and the old service station turned eatery lends an old school vibe.

Had a breakfast burrito and was good. Little to much salt for me but food was freshly prepared and no wait. Great place to call ahead on your way through Lusk. Located behind busy gas station. Will stop there again.

Second visit: Order at the counter and food is brought to your table. Local eatery, with gravel parking lot and looks to be a previous garage or fuel station. Garage doors, metal tables, chairs. Order did take a while longer than expected but it appeared they had local call-in orders too.

Visiting from San Antonio, Texas! We stopped in for lunch on our way to Mount Rushmore. The burgers were delicious!
