Cute cafe, but on the expensive end. We had coffee, which was nice and strong. We also had vegetarian sandwiches which was good.

Visited Jackson and heard great reviews about this cafe. The coffee and energy bites were both great. The space is bright and comfortable. The cashier and manager were both really friendly and gave us some great recommendations for other spots in Jackson. Definitely will be stopping in again when we're back in town!

Great hot Pilates class! Inferno. I normally don’t like hot classes but I liked this one because it wasn’t too hot

Cute place, loved the healthy and vegan options but the cashier was so rude and did not seem to want to be there. I will not be back or recommend. When asked to speak with the manager she said she was the manager. When I told her she was being rude she said "it has been a long day" not something I want to experience at a yoga studio.

I love Inversion cafe and the studio. The staff is always friendly, kind and helpful. The food is great. A little steep price point wise for the size of the items, but when you create food with healthy ingredients it is to be expected. I actually wanted to share my experience from this morning. I stopped by after a workout class to fuel up on something healthy to jump start my day. I opted for the kindness bowl, which is one of their acai bowls. I found out that they switched to an acai sorbet, which was an immediate turn-off because it makes me think of a dessert or a sundae more than a nutrient dense and antioxidant rich food. I was just appreciative the woman behind the counter told me in the first place bc I wanted to add pea protein powder to it and she told me it probably wouldn't turn out well. Then the other gal checked the label to see if there was a bunch of added sugar. While I don't know the exact amount in the sorbet, I do know it is at least sweetened with agave and not cane sugar. I think the marketing and menu is a little bait and switch bc it does not feel like you're eating a true acai bowl, but the taste is still delicious. Either way, I just want to commend the two ladies working who were honest and didn't try to hide the fact that the product was not what many of us are accustomed to when it comes to an acai bowl. It allowed me to enjoy what I ordered without feeling like I was ripped off. Topping were plentiful and yummy! Big fan of the macadamia nuts on top.

Good coffee & a breakfast burrito for $15; no place to sit so don’t come here for a dine in breakfast. A bit too expensive for what you get.

An overpriced place. A matcha (for my wife) with almond milk is $7.50 before tax. I ordered a latte and it was great. I also ordered the barriers smoothie (for $11), and it was bland.

Everything I love about yoga as a café. Wonderful place to take a deep breath and settle into subtle flavors and joyful moments as well as replenish energy after a vibrant yoga class as a special occasion celebrating a particularly beautiful moment in your day, or something that made you smile 😃☺️😁🪴🌳🌿 The nuance and variety of flavors are there all you have to do is look for them. I drank one of their teas and I love the attention to detail in their recipes. It feels like Ayurveda shepherded for a western town with collegiate botanical language. Here is my experience in four pours of one of their hot teas described as moments based on the smells and feelings of the tea while sipping them slowly around my mouth and on my lips. First pour: (hot water) energizing like the smell of fresh cut green grass Second pour: (cold milk once the first cup is half empty) round flavors that remind me of goat milk, a moment like walking among goats eating the grass Third pour: (cold water) after milk was emptied, softer flowing flavors, like a creek bed surrounded by tall grasses the goats can enjoy water by Fourth pour: (cold water left to steep for a while) purple white flowers as well as a hint of bright light Thank you for the beautiful experience and lovely space for me to find a peaceful moment Inversion café, you’re beautiful

Great vibes, great menu. The service is kind and patient. There’s a great sense of community—friends were coming in to great the baristas and families were sharing tables outside. We loved everything we ordered: matcha lattes, the turmeric bite, the salami slider, and the watermelon chia juice. It’s more expensive than typical chain coffee shops because you’re paying for VERY high quality ingredients, crafted by hand, fresh that day. Give it a visit!
