Cutest cafe ever! Amazing coffee and the presentation is adorable. Got the seeded avo bowl with salmon and it was delicious. Also got the tuna sandwich, croque madame and truffle prosciutto sandwich and everything tasted so good!! Would def come back

The lady at the counter was super rude. Just because we had to add something to our order she got upset.

We are locals, living in Jackson for 9 years and we truly love Persephone, but today we just had lunch at the Westbank location and we were very very disappointed in the summer menu. Tried the Tomate Chevre sandwich, which was a bad choice, really couldn't eat, that kind of cheese DOES NOT GO in a sandwich AT ALL...and also the Burrata salad which costs $20... bland, no taste, allI could feel was the vinegar...Guys..the new summer menu doesn't seem tasty. Please change. Thanks

I make sure to stop at Persephone whenever I get a chance to visit the area, and spend the rest of the year dreaming about their pastries and the setting. Their coffee is good and the food is absolutely delicious. You can’t go wrong with grabbing a treat here.

The baristas here are the best! And their seasonal lattes are always delicious!

Excellent chicken bacon sandwich on focaccia. Great aesthetic and music in addition to good coffee. Easy 5 stars.

Took their croissants and a latte and chia to go as indoor seating was full. Did not disappoint. Croissants were buttery and flakey and so good I could have eaten 10 more

I would give these guys a 4.5 if I could. Breakfast sandwich was amazing coffee was amazing. But two separate times they charged me when I said “I’ll have a sandwich with bacon.” “Never mind I’ll have it with ham.” They charged me for two sandwiches. Then gave me a refund. Then I went back up said I’ll take a cappuccino. Never mind a latte. Charged me for both again. Gotta know what you want here! Over all cute place with great food and coffee.

Just back from a week in and around Jackson, thought I would leave a note which would've been very useful to us. To wit: there are several breakfast spots with good reputation within walking distance from town center -- this one is by far the best. Busy, yes; small, yes. Worth it. Both pre-made and hot dishes are amazing, and two adults with a small dog were perfectly comfortable. For quick coffee head right to Cowboy Coffee Co., but if you want the full deal it's Persephone, hands down.

One of the best bakeries I have ever visited. Their gluten-free options are so good. I had regular coffee and it was great. Whenever I am back in Jackson I am going to have coffee there. Give it a try!

Nice, cozy atmosphere. Pastries and coffee are great. LA/Santa Mónica vibes. Employees could be nicer/friendlier.

Love, love, love Persephone but space is really tight. We did not have seating for breakfast. Needing more space and serving lots of customers are great problems to have.

Love this cute little bakery!! Light and fluffy croissant. Retail area features some lovely products. I had to get some local honey as well as hot cocoa mix from Dandelion Chocolate!

Awesome bakery!!! This is a pretty small venue. My guess is it will only seat 20 people. The pics that I shared, the morning it was -11 degrees, but people were willing to stand in line outside for their danish!! My wife got a carmel scone, she loved it. I got a Morning Glory muffin (kind of carrot cake, plus apples and cinnamon) Awesome! Place was packed but service was like finely tune machine. I would come back but I live in SC. Blessings on y'all!

Went here so many times on my quick trip to jackson! The latte, homemade almond milk, and pastries were sooo good. Love all the options and baked packaged goods for little made in jackson souvenirs. Can’t wait to be back
