Great spot!! Coffee was not too strong but good. We had vegetarian breakfast burrito which was amazing!
Best coffee and excellent quality of beans. I’ve very sensitive to low quality beans but based on reviews decided to try Cowboy coffee. 1 week of daily coffee from here and no issues. Don’t be deterred by the line, the baristas are amazing and produce the coffee quickly. Try a slice of the lemon poppyseed cake.
Great place with excellent coffee, sandwiches, panini and burritos. We had a meat and a veggie burrito, and both were excellent. Nice dark brew coffe, and a great iced latte.

Got a dark roast drip coffee and a breakfast biscuit ($8). Coffee was okay, they had oatmilk so that’s a plus and they use Oatley. Breakfast biscuit was okay too. They were already pre made behind the cashier. There is seating inside. We didn’t have an issue getting a table but once we sat down, it got packed and all the seating was taken.
I go every year to jacksonhole, 3 Saturday’s ago my friend asking for chocolate and the employe giving coffe, my friend say sorry I asking for chocolate and the girl say “no you didn’t” in a mean way, when everybody hear my friend say chocolate, my friend order again chocolate but the employe never recognize she make a mistake, we hope never go again, so disrespectful.
“Closed early sorry.” That’s at 345pm. Nice. Aside from the long line I have to wait in for an expensive cup of drip and a sandwich that comes out of an oven I could have in my home kitchen I’d say this place is great.
We went to pretty much every breakfast spot in Jackson during our week there (during the notorious "off season" of April) -- this one was the best balance of quick, tasty, cozy, and friendly. Our first and last stop. Thanks!

Seriously great coffee, food, etc. Line out the door at peak hours. And amazing food mostly ready to go. I love this place so much I bought the t-shirt.
Some of best Coffee around. Another well run Family run business which epitomizes the best of American Service and Quality-- of product offered. Great coffee and Customer Service. Perfect follow through and heart put into their product. Ride 'em Cowboy! The coffee ☕️ was delicious, and they had tons of options for everyone. We had Honey Badger - spicy! Caramel cappuccino - perfect Snickers Latte was wonderful Breakfast biscuit- was big and delicious
Once we found this coffee shop we went every day to get some delicious coffee. I enjoyed the Snickers Latte while hubby tried a few different drinks. We had lunch one day and tried their paninis, they were so flavorful. One day we tried their breakfast burritos later in the day, they were also flavorful. The staff at this location were friendly. My hubby even braved the -20 degree weather to get our coffee on our last morning in Jackson. Amazing coffee shop!
Wonderful and quaint coffee shop with a delicious cowboy coffee and tasty lattes! We went several times during our stay in Jackson Hole!
So sorry to say but my latte to go was so hot I couldn’t drink it for 10min,saying that they ruined my coffee,but I have to admit I like western/authentic look and feel… and will buy food always but not coffee:(… Thanks
It gets crowded quickly, but always friendly service! The cowboy croissant was tasty and cooked to order. A festive peppermint mocha with the sweetness dialed down was also prepared to perfection!
