Really amazing people here. Our waitress had a mishap and dropped our plates. No big deal. Our food was quickly remade and delicious. When we went to check out we were shocked that the Cafe comped our meal that was totally above and beyond any expectation. Really really wonderful people!

Been a long time (like 23 years) but food was still as great as I remembered. I enjoy the eclectic atmosphere and the super friendly staff. Please go, you will not be disappointed.
The service was friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. The breakfast food was classic diner fare. The cinnamon roll was huge and tasty. The hash browns were perfectly crispy.
Salmon burger is my go-to, and it is always delicious!

Small town feels and good food
First time here. Greatly enjoyed their luncheon sandwich special -- Philly steak with lots of peppers and provolone cheese with fries. Very delicious meal for about $12.00 plus tip

The veggie burger was terrible.. tiny patty on huge stale ciabatta... Way too expensive here for what you get. If it was high quality ya $13 is worth it.. but for a tiny frozen patty .. no. Will never be back. One and done.

Great place! Wonderful service and really good food. Prices are in line and the serving size good. Fun place to go and have a good meal with a little nostalgic vibe going on. Truly a Wausau gem.
What a timeless place! Had a bowl of homemade soup and a Devine cloverleaf roll that was most likely made on site. Great service, perfect for a quick meal while downtown. Diner fare at its best.
