It has been a long time since I have gone to Clay Corners and have always gone to the one in Steven's Point. I'm shocked how big it is and the options from pottery and painting a canvas. Canvases have stencil options and recommended colors to mix to make the pattern you desire. However you can defer from it as it is your art. 😉

Fun date spot! We spent 3 hours there painting our clay animals and had a fun time. Lots of options to paint and a good coffee shop too.

I'm only giving 3 stars based off the selection of items you can paint. Our customer experience was less than 3 stars today..... Unpopular opinion or, bad day ? My 8 year old and I went today. First time ever. Walked in, the first gentlemen who greeted us told us to pick our items then sit at a table and, we would be directed further. . .we picked our items and sat down. We sat at our table for 15 minutes. Unsure if we could just go ahead and start or we needed to wait for further instruction. I noticed the other tables has more supplies than ours in terms of rags, and water to wash brushes. . Finally I asked the girl who was price checking something if we could get water... She said oh yea, and directed another staff who made it very clear it was only his 2nd day, to come help us. Very quickly he stated what we needed to do and where all the supplies were. We painted, made a few errors along the way but figured it out with zero guidance from the staff who was seemingly and verbally struggling to keep up..... Just wasn't the friendly atmosphere I've heard others brag about..... A bit disappointed.

Throw your own bowl, paint a pre-formed piece or pottery or canvas - a great place to exercise some creativity without spending all the money for supplies and finding space for them!

The youth pottery throwing class was a great experience. We would definitely recommend. The instructor was very kind and attentive. We are excited to go back and glaze our projects.

I wasn’t finished with my mug and they wrapped it up for me. While wrapping it they squished/smudged the writing that I had on the inside of the cup. It’s not ruined, but it doesn’t look good, definitely disappointed me.
