I like this place I been here a couple of times the shakes and teas are really good the staff is helpful and friendly I am going back to this place in the future I will highly recommend this place to anyone

Delicious!! (we got the seasonal Peach Cobbler and the Carmel Coffee Toffee) Super friendly staff! We will definitely be returning customers! So good that we are writing this review before even finishing our smoothy!

Amazing staff excellent food
Visited Wausau and had to try this place! It did not disappoint. Cindy was very helpful in moving me through the menu. The shot, tea, and sugar cookie shake were all delicious. Will be back!

We stopped by to try their drinks, and it was my first time here. I usually go to one in my own town in IL often, but we were up here for the weekend on a getaway. As I walked in, I noticed how beautiful the interior was, it was a large store, but cozy and warm looking for the Winter. As I got to the counter, the mood had shifted completely. One of the employees with blonde hair that I greeted was clearly in a bad mood and it showed throughout the whole visit, couldn't even look at her. I saw the menus on the counter, and was trying to figure out what I wanted to order, I then was told by this employee to order on the slip they had provided, without saying much else, she was mainly quiet the entire time. I was a bit confused with the ordering process, that was when another employee greeted me, and asked if it was our first time, so she explained the process, and I got my order in, a Snickerdoodle shake. The employee who was in a bad mood was making my shake had made it great, regardless of her mood. I understand bad days happen, but it was no excuse to exhibit that type of emotion at a job. The other employee, she was super nice to talk to, and reminded me of girls at the other shop back home, she talked about the shop and how long she's been working there, she was very friendly and down to earth in general. I loved her hair! We chatted about the crummy weather. I felt much better and comfortable being there, after all. The shake was amazing, and if I'm ever back in the area again, I'll definitely hit this place up. 4 stars out of 5.
Great customer service, and nice atmosphere. Lots of choices for drinks. Nice to find a healthy place to get a smoothie!
First things first, if you have questions just ask. The first time going here can feel a little daunting with the amount of choices you have but you can just ask and the staff is more than happy to answer. The second thing I would suggest is to bring your own, large enough cup or ask for a glass so you don’t need to use the plastic cups...creating more waste. After we were given our options for shots, drinks and malts we were all pleasantly surprised at how good they were and were pretty full after drinking all that was provided. I thinking this could be an option as a lunch supplement rather than a burger, but either way I will definitely be going back!

I'm in love with their products! Love having the option of stopping here when I come to town. I frequent a shop in a closer town but love that I can come here to get Exactly what I want for my day of errands in Wausau. 😊

My wife and I went for the first time this morning and we will definitely be returning! The staff was amazing and super friendly. I believe her name was cindy, but she went above and beyond in walking us through the menu. We just moved from Madison to wausau and we're welcomed here with open arms. Happy to have found this unique experience!
