Car wash is glitchy and put soap on my car right after the final rinse then just opened the door and didn't even turn on the fans. then when I went in to ask them about it I was told it's my fault for not reading some random note on a sign that says basically that it's broken and instead of them fixing it you should just ignore what the wash tells you to do.
Only gas station I've been to that will shut your pump off if you dont stand outside and monitor it. Debit pin also doesn't work & they make you walk inside to tell you.

I stopped there once to get a car wash and got the most expensive one they have, which was $11. When it was over, my vehicle was still dirty, but was also covered in soap. I fill up my tank in Wausau twice a week because I drive a lot. I just stopped there, which would be the first time ever getting gas there after the bad car wash experience. I started the pump then sat in the driver seat of my vehicle because it's January in Wisconsin. Suddenly the pump stops, so I got out of the car to restart it. The teller gets over the loud speaker and tells me that I have to stand outside of my vehicle while pumping gas. That is absolutely ridiculous! So I left with the 20 something dollars of gas that I had pumped and went down the road to The Store, where I usually go. Way to ensure that I never get gas there ever again!
Great gas prices, employee's are attentive
Rude teller/ghetto pumps 11-18-2022 (When using a debit card) The gas pump screen tells you to enter your pin then spits out a receipt and cancels the transaction. I then found a paper note taped to the pump with completely different instructions. I pumped gas until it shut off at around $30 (half tank) and would not pump anymore. I went inside to inform the teller of the issue. She was rude and didn't seem to care about the issue.
Visited tonight...there was a sign up saying they close at 10pm instead if 11. Well they closed even earlier than that because they were closed when I arrived at 9:53. Thank you for nothing.

I tried to buy a lottery ticket and the lady told me that she can't sell tickets from that side like literally told me that she can't outside of the store she can only sell them from one side of the store which is ridiculous because the tickets are completely different on each side really a way to make a person mad when they're trying to buy a certain ticket it is a ridiculous rule and I wonder if the woman was making it up
I love this gas station and their products but today 7/18/2019 I purchased a Macaroni Ham and Cheese salad and when I got to my Mom's to have it for lunch it had a terrible taste, when I looked on the cover and it said best by 7/17/2019. I took it back to the store and I did get my money back but she first told me they don't give refunds on food, well I told her that salad should not even been out for purchase to begin with because it was past due date. I always buy this salad because it is so good but will surely watch the date on it from now on.
Yeah the Holiday Store in Wausau WI refused to not give me my free coffee because it wasn't 7am. That's false advertising and miss leading on free coffee on Tuesday because on the radio it did not say anything about a time. I'm never going there.
Great place to get a quick coffe
Brought in a 44oz cup, one of the kind that is insulated. I sent my son in to get it.They charged him for a 52oz. I went inside hoping they would adjust the price. I showed them the bottom of the cup how it said 44oz on it. They still said they had to charge for a 52oz because it looks bigger. I then poured the contents into one of their own cups, once again proving it was only 440z. She still insisted that she had to charge for a 52oz because that is the size their testing of similar cups filled. At this point I'm pretty confused about all this, and pretty upset. It wasn't a huge price difference, but it's enough to make me not want to return to that store. I wasn't refunded the difference and had to pay for the cup I had poured my previously bought soda into, full price, not even just the cost for a cup. To me it was just poor customer service, and something I hope not to have to deal with again.

This convenience store/gas station is relatively new. The gas prices are the lowest in Wausau. The convenience store is very clean and we'll organized. There is a gas station attached to this store. Store prices are typical of other convenience stores in the area.
