Fast service kind of pricey but hey coffe was good
We recently stopped here to get frozen coffee drinks. When they made one our drinks iced instead of frozen, we politely asked for them to remake it since it’s not what we ordered. The two girls working clearly mocked us while they remade the drink. Mistakes happen and we are very understanding of that. But mocking a customer within earshot is inappropriate. We wanted to stay and drink our drinks but no longer felt welcomed after being mocked like that.

Drive thru sugar free iced mocha. So yummy!
I was the only car here and sat just about 10 minutes to get my bagel and coffee. And got charged for a 24 ounce coffee which is what I wanted but got a 20 ounce.
Always great service, drinks can be hit or miss but is what it is. I'd rather have friendly service and a a drink that's a little too sweet than bad service and an off drink! Never had a bad experience to be honest.
A smelly homeless guy is stinking up the place. Gross.

Slow staff and a bit pricey. Could just be a sign of the times😞 Not sure why the fireplace wasn't going, it would have made it more cozy. I do like how they have so many different seating area options. The strawberry short cake cream freeze was very tasty.

Had a Mocha Mocha. It was tasty. The to-go cup was too hot to hold, and no sleeve for the cup was given. The staff was very sweet. Prices are high!

Coffee was good and I got a bragel that was better than the coffee in my opinion! I got the egg and cheese everything bragel and it's making my mouth water as I write this!! Definitely worth checking out!
