Had an awesome experience! Their iced chai is tops!
Good place for coffee. Not as efficient as Starbucks. If the drive thru has three cars or more I won't stop as it takes far too long a time compared to Starbucks (or most any drive thru)
Everything is very overpriced and the food is served nearly cold. Dunkin is right down the street and a much better option.
I door dashed my food today and wanted an iced vanilla coffee extra cream and vanilla and this is what I got. I get I probably only need to mix it but I’ve never gotta a coffee like this before
So...I got stuck in the driveway this afternoon. They need to get their landlord out to shovel. The single employee offered me a shovel. Not gonna lie...sort of hoped I'd get a discounted beverage.
Decent, just your regular coffee shop. Nothing out of the ordinary. No complaints.
They always make the coffee to my liking.
I was here today and the two girls working were EXTREMELY nice. They were very quick for my order and really presented themselves very well. I love workers who, even if they truly don’t want to be working, still act friendly and that they love what they do. Will definitely come here more, and I’m not even from this area.
I used to go to this location 3-4 times a week for iced coffee ever since i moved to the area a couple years ago. Since the normal morning girls have gone a few months ago, the ice coffee has never tasted the same. Not sure what's going on if it's not being brewed correctly, or being cleaned properly because if they're not mold is gonna grow.. same goes for sweet tea containers. I've tried reaching out regarding this and never received a response. I just want the old coffee back :(
The drinks and employees are top notch!
In terms of chain coffee places, I'm a big fan. Their bragel breakfast sandwiches are always good, and their coffee and non-coffee drinks alike are pretty good too
I use to love this coffee shop but it has recently gone down hill. I had fruit flies floating in my son's hot coco. I did call and they replaced it with a new one and gave me coupons. Next time I went back for a latte I had a bandage at the bottom of my cup. I just can't believe it! I won't be back at this location anymore, I will be starting to get our hot beverages from dunkin donuts instead.
This was a wonderful experience with my daughter on Black Friday. The hot chocolate and ham and cheese bagels were delicious! My daughter had the turkey bagel that she loves. Very friendly staff and I will definitely be going back. Received a gift bag with multiple items in it for Black Friday and I ended up buying extra bagel sandwiches, muffins and coffee to take home. Excellent customer service and food here!

If you like hearing "we are all out of that" and listening the employees bicker, this is your place. I won't be coming back to this location. The guy that took our order had an attitude problem.
Good coffee. The smallest tho is 16 oz, too big. Need an 8 oz.
Staff is amazing. Had asked for my drink to be remade, it was no issue and it was so much better. Also staff is nice and fast!!
