Always busy. A little over priced for me. My wife loves it. I guess that's being part of the big city activities for our little town.
If you are a rewards member, skip this place. Workers are directed by management not to inform rewards members when they have free drinks. If that is how you treat your LOYAL customers???
First time here. Now I get it. I get why this is part of the morning commute for so many. Best customer service. Best quality. Best location. Will be making this a regular stop. Thank you to the kind gentlemen that helped me navigate the world of fine coffee.
The lady that was speaking through the microphone, had a lot of attitude back towards us. It was very disrespectful. Definitely won’t be coming to this Caribou again.
I go through this caribou drive thru regularly. I have always ordered a pup cup for my dog. My dog slurps up her pup cup while I wait for my drink to be made. Then I hand the empty pup cup back for them to throw away when they hand me my coffee. It works well. Everyone is happy and I don't get pup cup whip cream all over my car. Today the young guy at the window refused to take the empty pup cup. He gave me a disgusted look like how dare I ask him to throw away the empty pup cup. He told me it was against policy to take customers trash from their car. I told him it's just the pup cup that you gave me two minutes ago. I let him know that every other employee there throws the empty pup cup away for me so I don't get whip cream all over the car. He continued to refuse hiding behind "its policy". He had a horribly haughty, stuck up arrogance to him. Like he was too good to be working at a lowly coffee shop and to good to be dealing with customers. This is not the first time I have had to deal with this particular employee. His "nice" is very fake and scripted. If this truly is Caribou policy then you should really re-think it. Customers should have a way to dispose of empty cups from your establishment at your establishment. Also, this employee (I didn't catch his name) needs to learn what customer service is and if he's too good to be serving coffee then he should go work elsewhere. He's truly a blemish on this Caribous location. Ps. The red headed guy that works every morning is absolutely wonderful! Give that guy a raise. I'll only be swinging by in the mornings from now on, which means my visits to Caribou will be cut in half due to this particular incident and afternoon employee.
Cute drive thru. Was a treat to have Caribou again. Miss these coffee shops near us. Caribou beats Starbucks everytime!
Malted Mocha is AMAZING
Non coffe drinks are sub-par. I don't drink coffee but my wife liked that.
Coffee and service is 5 star most days but have had some bad experiences so 4 star. The atmosphere sucks cuz it's only drive through would be great if they had in store seating.

We have gone to Caribou many times and most of the time it’s OK however there have been three times when the order was totally wrong and the person working had to have the order repeated three times and they still didn’t get it right. However customer service took care of it all and all nice place to go
Loved my flask with my new cup
I came to this location this morning and they denied me service because I have a card and no cash. They have never been so rude before. Than after getting soaking wet because it's raining and the guy on the intercom isn't helping , pretty much told me to leave. I said I was willing to wait for my coffee and he than said again he can't serve me. I proceeded to say I have points on my account for a free coffee and he said there's nothing he can do if the computers are down. They need better customer service. Especially if they have a line of cars going out to highway 2.

Really friendly service! Drive-through only is a bummer, especially with just one lane / window. It can be a long wait (20+ min) at peak times. Typical Caribou selection and pricing otherwise (expect $6-8 a person).
The drive through was really slow and although there weren't too many cars in front of us, it took quite some time.

Coffee perfect. Nice way to start a road trip. The drive-thru worker was friendly polite, and clear.
