Very good bakery, and, when they’ve got it, other items like the whitefish salad are excellent. Hours and selection are limited, but you can call ahead during the week and special order.

FYI: they no longer serve hot breakfast. We drove here based on the pictures and reviews but was let down when we walked in. At this time there is no indoor seating and it's really a grab and go.

Kind of a bizarre set up and selection. Didn’t really have much for baked good options. I wasn’t even sure if they were open when I went in. Got a cup of coffee and the man was pleasant.

Just lovely! An absolute MUST for experiencing Door County. The treats are downright delicious, and the couple who has owned the place for years are simply wonderful people. Their daughter is a pleasure too 😊 Stop in for a fantastic treat and quaint experience.

An amazing bakery treats high quality baking. Like from my German Grandma! Check out this Carmel pecan chocolate sticky bun! Almond scones are a must buy. I only wish they could be open more days.

Minimal selection and quality of food. Owner is arrogant and rude. This place makes a good case for chain restaurants in the Door north of Sturgeon Bay.

Stopped in to get a few bakery items and was shocked by the prices for the size and the quality. The prices weren't consistently on display with the items in the case and it wasn't clear if the price was for one or multiple items. I'm from Madison, WI so I don't mind paying $3.50 for a brownie but not when it's barely 1.5 inches square. The flavor was good but it was pretty dry. I also purchased bite sized mini carrot cakes (literally bite sized) that I only found out at check out were $2.25 each! The guy behind the counter did throw in a free one after I expressed my surprise. They tasted great... but the price might have affected my enjoyment of the flavor. The chocolate chip cookies were at least a larger portion for the price ($2.75) but tasted at least a day old. I would say do your wallet a favor and head to Door County Coffee and Tea shop for more variety and fresher baked goods.

Kinda weird vibe. Fruit salad was good. No stars for no vegan bakery.

Was super duper craving pancakes or a breakfast and was kinda disappointed to find they no longer serve breakfast dishes, only counter items. Monkey bread was delightful and coffee was great - but ugh, I wanted those pancakes. Nice service, friendly owner.

The Limpa bread was delicious and still available. They only make 1 dozen loaves a day. We ordered ahead.

Stopped here for breakfast and was not disappointed. The meatloaf hash was especially good.
