I drive past Biggby Coffee in Plymouth every day on my way to work, but I never stopped to try them out. Having skipped breakfast, I decided to take a chance. What a pleasant surprise! It’s not just coffee! I tried the Tropical Blast and OMG it was awesome! I also tried the ham and cheese everything bagel with garden cream cheese and it did not disappoint. Most importantly, the people who work there are friendly and courteous. It’s now my favorite place for on-the-go breakfast.
The staff is incredibly fun and helpful. I ask questions and they're always willing to give me answers

As someone who’s worked in the food industry I had terrible service and the owner trying to tell me that I ordered something I didn’t. It was extremely unprofessional and I still can’t believe that I even had that kind of service. As a big franchise. DO BETTER.
Tasty coffee! Line has sped up since it first opened.
Bad experience, they left 3 inches off my drink and they refused to make a frozen strawberry punch mock tail even though the other Biggby’s I’ve been to, all made the strawberry punch mock tail frozen. Not only that but also I clarified that I wanted boba in my drink TWO TIMES to them and they didn’t put Boba in it so I had to go back to get one with Boba, very disappointed and probably won’t be going back anytime soon…

What can I say ? We love their brand of coffee. Nice and strong with good flavor. No aftertaste.
Quick service, dealt well with my cranky and senile old self (kuddos to servers!) Very tasty energy drink and the bagel didn't even make it back to work. Next time I will need to order more!
Great Coffee! It’s nice to get new business in Plymouth from time to time. Since we don’t really have a chain style drive through coffee shop Biggbys is a nice addition. The prices were fair and the service was great. I’m looking forward to our next visit.
Waited in line for 20 minutes and received the 8$ “coffee” without any espresso in it. Just milk and flavoring. And I had asked for oat milk even and it was just regular skim milk. Not very happy. Did not have time to wait in line again to have it corrected. Will not be returning. I had big hopes for their coffee. :(
Brand new location, can't wait to give them a try. Hope this offsets that silly review about store hours, 6 AM is plenty early and 7 PM closing time is great considering staffing issues other places seem to be having.

Location just opened in Plymouth Wisconsin. Wanted to check it out right away and get some photos of the building. So far so good even though the line was around the building, it moved quickly and of course the coffee is pretty good. I will update this review as needed.
