Good coffee, nice baristas
When I was here, they didn't accept Google Pay or Apple Pay. I had to cancel my order. Very frustrating
My coffee was 30% foam. When I went back, they said it was normal, even though I had much less coffee than I was expecting.
Tasty coffee and conscientious service! On a nice day, take your coffee to go and enjoy it at one of the tables on the lake shore.
Good coffee! Good location for students to relax and study during finals week!
Paid and waited for 20 minutes and then they told me they forgot the order. I asked for a refund and left. Total waste of time.
Night shift was very nice, lady named Julia working morning shift is very rude, customer in front of me spoke with accent, she was making fun of him.

The lady was really mean to me and my friend. The friend has social anxiety so I was ordering for her and she forgot her glasses so had to read the menu to her and the lady employee rolled her eyes and showed very negative attitude towards us
Coffee was passable. Lines were long cuz...well cuz college students need coffee. They move relatively quick. Not a lot of space in their corner of the Union so they really can't fix it by upping employees on shift.
Love their vegan breakfast options!
Needs more Vegan options, especially Vegan pastries and muffins.

Came to sit by the lake and grab a coffee, but wasn't able to. Unfortunately only open to UW students right now due to covid which was a (understandable) bummer. Staff at the check-in stand said that after graduation next weekend it will be open to the public again. Staff was apologetic and helpful so I will give 3 stars for now. Hope to come back and actually experience it soon!

The staff are very friendly and lovely and the view and work environment is nice - however, the coffee is terrible. The black coffee is burnt, over-roasted, skunky, and undrinkable. I have found the issue in other places that serves Peet's coffee, so I am confident it is the brand itself. On top of how bad the coffee is, it is extremely overpriced. The staff, again, are lovely and doing their best, but no amount of skill can really save the horrible quality of the product.
