The people that work at this location deserve five stars at least — they're really quick, pleasant, and they make consistent drinks! I took a star off for corporate policy because *come on guys* — it's 2023 and I can't add a tip to my credit card purchase? Every other coffee shop manages to do this. Makes me worry all the good people will quit. GET WITH IT, MOKA.
Every time I come here the employees are so great! They always help me with every question I have! I look forward to stopping at Moka whenever I have the chance due to their unique latte flavors.

This is the worst coffee shop ever. They never open on time forcing people to go to Starbucks. This happens quite a bit at this location. Never have issues at the east Washington Ave.

One of my favorite spots for frozen coffee. Great price and the quad is huge! Perfect for sharing with my gf. Walk up window super convenient (when there isn't a line of students) and staff is always super nice and welcoming. One time the card reader was down and the employee went out of her way to offer us anything for free. I refused and she still insisted. If I could give this place 6 stars just for that I would lol

The “Walk-Thru” window is unique and efficient on a college campus and I love their “Jamaican Coffee” drinks! Thanks for being quicker and tastier than the nearby Seattle-based coffee chain!

If you like real coffee and espresso you will likely be disappointed. Good for convenience but coffee snobs should go elsewhere.

Recently opened walk-up window and counter in the UW Bookstore facing Library Mall. So excited to see this addition! Stopped in 3 days in a row on a dog walk (they love giving your furry family members treats!); service was excellent even though they aren't busy over winter break and training employees. Coffee as delicious as their University and E Wash locations. A couple of stools face the window so you can enjoy your cup outside. Can't wait to stop by even more frequently in the warmer months!
