It was horrible, I have Never had such rude service from Moka ever until then, although I usually go to the one located right by East Town but even when I've gone to other mochas they've always treated me with respect and kindness not this one...Will never go to this location again😡👎👎👎

Lovely experience here this morning; the girl running the line was so friendly and efficient, the line of cars went quickly, and the drink was delicious and correct. 💕
I usually love the Jamaican cold brew but today’s was fairly bitter. Also not to nitpick, but it’s annoying that the “for here” patrons can’t put their own cream and sugar in their coffee, at least not before asking for more. Ok, that really is a nitpick. Why can’t we put tips on a credit card? The small dine in room is adorable.
Poor quality coffee generally gives me heart burn because they are moldy. Please test your coffee and see if your coffee has mold. I have heart burn few mins after having your coffee like most fast food chains coffee. Staff do not know their coffee, when asked they don't know what kind of roast they are using.
MOKA is amazing and the employees at this location are cheerful. My go to for over 2 years now is a jamaican cool brew with maple and oatmilk...trust me, you gotta try it!

Stopped on my way to the hospital to visit my husband. Ordered a large mocha to take with me. Over $7.00 it cost. When I went to drink it I found that it was hardly half full. I’m furious! What a RIPOFF!!!
Coffee is fine. Drive-thru probably fine. I was in the building. Cold with limited seating and uninspiring breakfast sandwich. Staff was friendly!
Staff is always so bubbly and happy. Never disappointed with any drink and it always tastes the same as the time before. In otherworldly every batista knows how to make the drinks well.
Get coffee once a week or so. Great coffee and more reasonable than others!!

Moka has the best coffee in the area and I have never once had anything but an incredibly awesome experience there. Hands-down favorite.
Love the sweet small talk and laid back vibe here. Plus the signature drinks are always fun a delicious.
