Coffee is good and environment is okay. Is overpriced for what it brings to the table. Be ready to wait for your order.

The manager was so kind! I didn’t like the way my drink tasted (it wasn’t bad just my personal preference) and she made me a new drink with no charge! (I drank very little of my old drink) thank you!

The coffee is amazing, the workers are the sweetest, and I can study here for hours on end. If you ever want a good coffee shop that also does latte art this is the one. Again can't appreciate the employees enough they are all so helpful and will help find if there are any allergens in the food and drinks.

The service has really gone downhill lately. Last week I ordered a coffee and had to bail before I even got it to make it back to my office for a meeting. I probably waited close to 30 minutes before I left. Today I figured I would give it one more chance (every place has bad days), but I waited forever for my coffee while 4 employees just stood around behind the bar. Disappointing.

The staff was helpful with explaining the menu. The smell inside was wonderful. Very busy and getting a table could be a challenge, but they have a place where you can stand to eat and drink.

I got a matcha latte with raspberry syrup and tbh? Get it iced and with vanilla syrup instead. The staff is really lovely and despite the busy store it’s a pretty good study/discussion environment.

I love being able to talk to staff and just hold a conversation- they’re lovely :) place is always busy so be prepared to wait. Line will usually be to or out the door no matter how fast the staff can prepare things, which is completely valid, you just have to be prepared :)

Coffee was delicious, but my small drink was over $7. Also had to wait twenty minutes.

Decided to come here for lunch and coffee on my 30-minute break, worst mistake I could've made. As an ex-Starbucks shift manager, what I saw was absolutely appalling. The woman on bar went in between straight up ignoring drinks and talking with her other employees. Particularly bad here was who I assume was her supervisor, someone with a distinctive man-bun (as I don't know his name), who consistently talked and gossiped with her, distracting her from her job, while drink orders piled up. There were seven other customers waiting in the cafe. Several left without grabbing their drinks, as they had to wait so long. One man came up to the barista and complained, as he had been waiting longer than I had. She still didn't get the hint and kept moving incredibly slowly. Over the half hour (my drink order was printed at 4:43 pm, I received it at 5:05 pm) I watched the woman on bar produce a total of 8 drinks. Again, as someone from Starbucks, the typical barista with more than a few weeks training can produce 8 drinks in less than three minutes. There's absolutely no reason why she should be taking so long. It is completely unacceptable and unprofessional to be distracting a barista while her drink orders are piling up, and refusing to reprimand her for taking too long. This was one of the worst experiences I've had at Colectivo, and am certain it was just that crew of employees. However, this makes me really hesitant to come back, as I had to scarf down my sandwich with less than a minute before I had to be back at work for my shift. Thank you for your disgraceful disregard of customers' convenience and time. With employees like this, I seriously wonder how you remain in business.

I ordered the chicken bacon avocado melt as a take out to eat for dinner and didnt get it because this sandwich doesnt have obvious bacon or avocado. Can I get a refund on the melt?? I ordered a drink too. The drink was great tho.

Basically, “sorry for wasting your time, have a nice day,” customer service. Except without the second part. I stood and waited for 20mins for my drink. A very unique drink but not too difficult for any barista. I ordered a dirty chai [latte] with almond milk. When I order I just said “dirty chai with non dairy,” they asked what kind of milk, I said almond, they asked hot or cold, I said hot. No less than twenty minutes later I get my drink, only after asking what is taking so long. It’s a busy day, and I’m patient but when you see many other people who came in later leave with their orders, you start to wonder. Then I asked and the cashier said my order was up next. It was too hot for me to sample while there, and I had to leave. But I took a sip and immediately noticed something was off about the drink. Turns out my label said chai tea add milk and add 1 shot. I’m sorry if I offend anyone who orders this, that’s not my intention. The drink I got tasted awful. So I call the store, and to my surprise at least I got someone right away who could address the issue. Yes I got a refund, but along with the refund I just got a bunch of excuses. Like really? I went out of my way to go a place that is suppose to know how to my this order, they wasted my time and had nothing to offer for customer satisfaction. This is probably an isolated incident. But I won’t be headed back anytime soon.

I had the oatmeal. Not much flavor of anything. And a smoothie-which was good.

A little small but always great service, best coffee ever, and delicious baked goods. Gets a bit busy sometimes but always worth the wait.

Great food and drinks, friendly staff taking your order, but all too often, the order is wrong or messed up. Very frustrating if you don't triple check before leaving.

Great outdoor space. Food was mediocre. I had the Baja Bowl which sounded great but.. meh. Coffee was tasty though.

Highly recommend the cold brew oat chata! Lovely progressive and inclusive environment.

The food was tasty, but they didn't get our order right and it wasn't complicated or busy so that's why they lost a ⭐. Also, one breakfast Sammy was an impossible patty and another was sausage and they were not labeled and it was really hard to tell the difference.

I had one of the worst experiences here early in the pandemic they made people so paranoid that they stopped taking cash for transactions, Covid 19 cannot be spread by the exchange of money . I have never went back because the server made me so angry and I felt disrespected because I am US VETERAN too .
