The coffee is always great, but dependent on who you barista/cashier is depends on how your experience is. I don't normally complain about the service on many of these because I know people work hard and are trying their best. Problem is there have been a couple times I've gone in, and the barista/ cashiers have been very condensending, or talking to you like you are wasting their time, or talk to you like you are stupid. Other times however I have had wonderful baristas/ cashiers who have been very sweet, and awesome. It truly depends on the person. I normally can get along with most people, but at one point I stopped going because the girl was very condensending, rude and talking to me like I was stupid. I have since returned and again it just depends on who is attending. I always say be kind even when others are not you never know what they are going through, but that main experience resonates with me. It was that bad. Again though other times were great experiences. Coffee though I would definitely recommend. As for the ones who were kind thank you. As for the other ones please remember we are all human and kindness goes a long way.
