I think this is the best building of the ones on there locations on the west side. Parking can be difficult as options are limited. Consistency is that of all Barriques locations.

The lavender latte is lovely, but the power bowel I had was pretty poor, just a bad combination of items and I struggledto get through it. Nice staff, decent atmosphere for working and good location. Would come again and skip the food next time.

I love the menu here, and the environment is great for studying, relaxing, or talking with friends. The staff is kind and helpful.

Pretty good coffee, nice atmosphere, love the affordable wine selection (i've found a couple gems <$20 there). Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the tables is a major turn off at this barriques specifically. I've been coming here for several years now since its the closest to my house and my mug and computer literally stick to the tables, its pretty off-putting. Worth going elsewhere just for the tables if you're planning to spend any time working there (its pretty frustrating trying to use a bluetooth mouse on these tables).

The lattes are good but today I tried the Blackhawk breakfast bowl and the scrambled eggs were cold. I couldn't even eat the eggs they were so bad. I would not recommend that item.

The espresso drinks here are wildly inconsistent. Some days it’s good. Some days it’s truly horrific. The time it takes to get a drink also varies wildly depending on who is working. Prices are reasonable if you’re lucky enough to get a good espresso drink. For some reason, the tables are also always sticky. I got the breakfast sandwich once and the bread came out clearly microwaved. This is the only option if you live in the area though, which explains why it’s always totally packed to the brim with people.

Not sure what is that parsley hair girl’s problem but she seems very unhappy at work. No communication, no customer service skills yet she is working. Finding a job that is paying for her. Incredible. You can be very busy, maybe understaffed but it’s not too hard to say “i will be right with you” to the waiting customers. This job requires communication, friendly service maybe employers should stop hiring wrong people because they are killing their own business in the long run. I won’t come here again. Maybe many won’t because of similar reasons. Then these business owners will cry about why their business failed. Anyways. Mediocre coffee shop. Nice outside seating if you want some breeze but loud because of traffic. Internet speed is good. Clean bathrooms. Cowboy cookie is good when pairing with light roast coffee.

What is the problem with putting whip creme on a latte? Always missed. Makes me wonder if drink is even for sure half-caf and skim!

I get coffee or lunch here at LEAST 1/2x a week. The staff is always so welcoming, friendly, and the drinks and food are always fantastic. The pesto grilled cheese is one of the best grilled cheeses I've ever had tbh. The prices are a little higher than some other places, but I think it's worth it for a local cafe. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting and relaxing. I could sit there for hours and just zone out, read, get work done, or anything! Another small con I'll mention is that the food often takes a while to get out to you, sometimes drinks too. But again, this is a small local cafe and they've had had a fairly small staff recently. But the food is always fresh and delicious and I love their lattes. I just really appreciate how hard the staff work and it does get very busy at times with the high school students, but they work through it with a smile. They are bringing in some new baristas lately; I'm glad they're getting more help and I'm looking forward to interacting with these folks as well. Thanks Barriques!

Stopped by here passing through on a longer road trip. The place was crowded and I probably waited in line for 5-10 minutes. I ordered one of their Fall Lattes. It was made very well and better than I expected. The coffee was smooth and less acidic than other places. Overall, a good experience.
