Great place to purchase decorative items for your home, I was shopping for house warming gifts and I found just the perfect gift.
Clean and nice choices for home. New selection of kitchen items. Modern and classic variety of styles. I plan to revisit soon.

I attempted order a lamp on-line. There was an error message. I figured I entered my info wrong. I received another error message. So I checked my bank account. At Home charged me twice for the product even though I had error messages and was not able to purchase the product. I couldn’t find a phone number, so I went to the store. The manger just shrugged her shoulders and said there was nothing she could do. She also claimed there was no phone number to reach anyone. I called my bank, they said because it was only a preauthorization that meant the charges couldn’t be disputed. I sent on screen shots to At Home and explained the situation. They said I had to wait 10 days for the preauthorization to end. I have no product, I have been charged twice, the store manager can do nothing, there is no phone number, they charged me in error twice, which puts a preauthorization on my account for hundreds of dollars, meaning I have no access to that money for 10 days, I’m supposed just wait for the issue to resolve on its own. That doesn’t make sense.

They have a huge selection of products at reasonable prices. This is store is very tempting for someone who enjoys decorating and interior design.
The staff was rude as f!#@! My partner bought a $400 dining room table (no chairs included) here last week. I had to pick it up today. I had no idea how big it was so I called ahead, so I could be prepared. The rep on the phone was so rude! I asked if it was in a box, and how big it was. She responded that it was in a box and was the size of the table, and muttered it was heavy. She hung up. When I arrived a rep told me to park in a no parking area, I was concerned about that so I asked again where I should park, they said the same thing. Once it was loaded, I was grateful to see it fit fine. I thanked them for there service and they walked away saying nothing. Ruined my entire day. AVOID this place! Or don't make any large purchases.
This should be a 100⭐️ store! I could do all longer review on this store. They have the MOST and BEST staff! They took their time and wrapped my centerpieces, boxed them up, loaded in my car, and called another store to make sure I get everything I needed for my events. My favorite store!
