We picked up some coffee, nothing to eat. It was ok, I may have just ordered a drink I didn't quite want. Thier ice coffee is nice a cold, it didn't wake me up much but that may be more because of my three kids than a coffee being weak.
Solid caribou experience. Friendly staff, coffee was standard caribou quality, and wait time was about 3 minutes for my drink. No complaints!
When is coffee not good?
We used the drive through and our drink came out perfectly. The staff is friendly.

The food is mass produced and the drinks taste processed but the baristas are always friendly. :)
I need a coffee and I need my usual iced Carmel high rise. Quick, friendly staff. It was during a slow period.
I am soooooo Happy I got to try caribou once again. We are from chicago and when we saw this Caribou location on out way back home we had to get it. Ver well stocked store. Cashier was friendly. Nice fire place. Plenty of merch of the people that like that kind of stuff. And my turtle mocha is just the way i remember it, minus the chocolate piece they used to put on the lid. I would say this drink is more of a dessert than a coffee drink. Super chocolaty.
Kids hot cocoa comes in three chocolate flavors, white chocolate milk, chocolate and dark chocolate. Super special treat! Fun gift options too.
Very nice staff and service!
My wife has cut back on coffee but when she needs a fix, Caribou gets it done. She likes medium roasts like mocha java.
Super friendly and very fast service, if I lived closer I'd stop by all the time!

Not a fan of a “coffee shop” that says they’re open until 9pm, yet is all out of coffee for the day at 7pm. Not everyone is on the same schedule as you and if you are going to sell coffee, have coffee.
Saturday morning we stopped at this Caribou on our way to a wedding. We were the 5th car in line in the drive thru. When we got to the window, I ordered a Vanilla Chai. The person taking the order acted as if she'd never heard of it. 25 minutes later we left, without coffee, because we were STILL the third car in line. I looked back as we were turning on to Carmichael, and there was still no movement in the line. I've been to Caribou Coffee Shops in multiple states, and NEVER had service this slow. Something was radically wrong here.
Always a great place all day to be at
I made a mobile order. I accidentally ordered it for ASAP. Called to "fix my order" and they didn't answer their phone. Called multiple times. Called 2 minutes before I got there and no answer again. When I walked in they were just standing there talking to eachother. Not busy at all. No one in the drive thru with 4 people working. When I got into my car I tried my drink and it tasted weird.
