I ordered brunch from the Nucleus yesterday & really enjoyed their offerings. They had several vegan options, which was great! My meal was delicious. The item I ordered said that it came with toast, but I didn’t receive it. Granted, I could’ve gone back for it, but didn’t - so that’s my bad! But I will be using the raspberry jelly they gave me! 🙂

I am a physicist and I loved this place! Ordering the Nobel Prize breakfast made my day, and I was bragging about getting it for a long time. The feeling I had when a waiter coming to me and saying “And you got the Nobel Prize” is priceless! I recommend the owners to get little cardboard Nobel Prize medals and giving one to customers who order this meal. The overall decoration of the place and service were great too!

We waited a LONG time. Once we finally got a table, there was no one in the whole room eating, even though all tables were full. It took 20 minutes before the 1st food was brought out after we were seated, and we won't even talk about how long we waited for our food. This place could do real well if there was more competence in the kitchen. You can't make more money than the food you produce. Maybe we'll come back in a year and see if it improved! We hope so!

Worst place to eat at. It took them a whole hour to realize they missed our order. Another hour for food to come out. Waiter said that she would give us a 50% discount for the wait and the bill still came out to be $40 for 2 omelettes. Not to mention, they gave us the wrong order of omelettes as well.

Ate here twice on a recent trip to Eau Claire. They have an incredible vegan menu and generally huge portion sizes. The vegan El Presidente was my first dish and it did not disappoint. I really cannot recommend this place more highly. The only downside is that on my second visit our orders almost took an hour to come out when we were kind of in a hurry.

The best breakfast I have had in a long time. Our waitress was the nicest person on the planet. She made menu suggestions, kept our cups full,.and was enthusiastic.

Low key mid. The French toast is supposedly the size of a pancake. Thats cap. The el presidente was supposedly the size of a six year old. It wasn't. All I learned at this restaurant was don't do drugs. Nice people kinda weird tho.

The lemon ricotta pancakes were truly delightful. They were light, fluffy, with robust flavor. The fresh squeezed orange juice was heavenly. The portions were generous. Our server was James. He was fabulous in every way. I highly recommend this restaurant.

My new favorite place! Even though I'm not local. I will definitely make it a destination for breakfast 1hr 45 min from home!

Definitely a must have in Eau Claire. The strawberry Nutella crepes were phenomenal. It was definitely busy at 10:30am on a Sunday; we had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated and then another 45 for our food. There was tons of entertainment in the back waiting area like books, magazines, and a painted turtle named Earl! The prices are a little steep but they automatically add in gratuity. My group still all tipped about 10% each.

This was a really good place for breakfast and coffee. The food was delicious. The coffee was quite good as well. Large variety. Dog friendly in the coffee shop at least.

The employees are always very friendly, the food is delicious, and the ambiance of the diner is rustic Eau Claire. A must-stop for people who are passing through or local.

Large food selection. My omelet was HUGE and very tasty. And even though the place was pretty full, the food came over in a short time

We have visited twice now and the first time was great. Our waitress was friendly and timely and the food was delicious. That was on a Friday morning. The second time we ate here was on a Sunday during the brunch rush. I understand things take a bit longer because of the time and day that we came but after ordering it took over 45 minutes for our food to come. The bothersome part of this is that our waitress never updated us on the status of our order. Some sort of communication would have been really nice especially because we had our 4 young children with us.
