Honest roast has the best coffee anywhere in my opinion. I open a bag and spend at least 5 minutes just savoring the just roasted aroma. Honest Roast's coffee is roasted perfectly to bring out all the flavor of the bean. I highly recommend Eau Claire's finest coffee!
