We hit up a few places in Eau Claire for ice cream and this was by far the best we had in the area. Highly recommend! Bonus: the employee that served us also said "toodles" when we left so. There's that.

Ice cream is the best I've ever had! The service as above and beyond and super sweet. I came with the family for the first time and on a hot day. They knew it was hot and brought us water.

I’m sure the ice cream is amazing but everything thing else I can’t say the same. Food is all microwaved and not at a reasonable price. Coffee is meh. And customer service from the few times I have come act as if they don’t want to be here. It’s sad to see because the atmosphere seems like something great but I’m not receiving the same vibe from the products they sell as well as from the employees.
Love this place! Customer service is very important to the customers experience no matter how great your products or service are. They have an amazing red eye for more serious coffee drinkers and they have amazing flavors or Bridgemans Ice cream. You can sample all the delicious flavors. This place is a hidden gem. I will definately be back! Austin and the owner are super gracious and very welcoming!

Awesome ice cream! The only place in Eau Claire that offers Bridgemans ice cream! Definitely go and enjoy the ice cream and the environment. They also offer coffee, malts and breakfast items. A must try!

I went there today with a group of friends and we had probably one of the finest customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The person that waited on us was phenomenal and so hospitable, it was amazing. The establishment is very clean and bright and the special coffee that he made me was awesome.
