Always love it!
The product was good but going through the drive up window, the card scanner is so hard to read cause it needs to be tilted to see and setting in a car you really have to tilt it and the associate at the window says unfortunately I can't tilt it anymore. I think it's time to move on with us scanning our own card or let's upgrade to a more user friendly card reader for the customer. Nobody looks at their phone flat you always tilt it to see it better.will not use the drive up again until this changes. Oh and also the employee was getting upset cause I could not read it and wanted it tilted more.
Quick to get orders out. Very rarely do I have to wait more then 3 minutes
Something for everyone, even people who don't traditionally like coffee because it's too bitter. Skip the drive-through line and use their app. Order to pick it up in-store and place it right before you get in your car to drive there. It'll be ready to go and you won't have the crazy wait. Plus you can earn free upgrades, snacks, and drinks with their rewards program. It would be 5 stars but the prices keep going up and almost $7 for a drink is pretty expensive in my book. Blended mochas are amazing!
Didn't put whipped cream on my coffee and didn't put cream cheese on my toasted bagel. Why you withholding the cream.
Caribou Coffee is my favorite coffee shop! Their brews are high quality and flavorful, and the atmosphere is like taking in a perfect breeze of a summer lake. This location is conveniently located on Hastings Way in Eau Claire. The baristas are always friendly and the drive through is super quick. I am always pleased with the quality of drinks and breakfast items, it makes for a great morning routine when I’m in town! My go-to favs ate the Carmel High Rise Latte and the Chicken Chorizo burrito! I only wish they had a brown sugar syrup - and they would be perfect!!! Maple is a good backup plan, though!

I usually love their hot chocolate there as I don’t drink coffee, so today I was drinking my hot chocolate and found a full coffee bean in it. Super disappointing.
