I have taken my mom, my sisters, and nieces here for the last 2 years for Mothers day. The food, staff, and atmosphere are incredible!! U are made to feel right at home and treated just like family! If there were 10 stars, I'd give all 10. If u have the chance to go, u will not regret it.

While I cannot attest for the quality of the food or service, I can say that it is not very customer friendly to not post anywhere online OR even at the front gate that the tearoom isn't open DURING THE POSTED HOURS THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN ON A SATURDAY. We drove way out of our way and wasted 30 minutes of time and gas to get there and the place not be open.

The tea and sandwiches were both top class but what really made the visit was the friendly host, Anthony. “You’re part of the family now!” Haha :)

Cute little spot in a beautiful setting! The owner was able to fit us in last minute which was very kind. Had the queens tea and it was great. The tea selection was great, and the sandwiches and treats were delicious. Owners were very friendly. I definitely recommend this place!

Shared wonderful King's Tea with my lovely daughter for Mother's Day. The tea sandwiches, soup, and other savories were delicious. The sweets were awesome and the tea, just perfect! Thank you for an unforgettable Mother's Day!

Our first tea room experience today was more than what I expected! The tea menu is out of this world and the food was so delicious, every little detail had love poured into it! I would highly recommend this place! The sweet couple that owns this beautifully scenic gem were extremely accommodating to us. I am so thankful to have had such a wonderful time.

The owners are wonderful! This Tea Room is EXACTLY what you would expect for an Afternoon Tea Experience and nothing different. Little tea sandwiches, lovely sweets, choice of soup or salad of your choice and an enormous amount of tea selection! Most of everything Homemade! I can't wait to book another reservation to have this wonderful Afternoon Tea Experience again.

The food was good. Presentation was nice. The owners bent over backwards for us. Owner told us ahead of time the soup would be red pepper and then served us potato. Male owner also talks way too much about his personal life and religious believes. He did have a good sense of humor. This is not a high tea experience; more like a home town diner.

What a hidden gem! Owner, Anthony, is so friendly and absolutely charming. There are so many delicious and imaginative tea blends to choose from. I tried a Pu-Erh peppermint chocolate while my husband tried a Christmas blend. Both teas were delicious! Tea sandwiches were very tasty and fresh. I am vegetarian and my sandwiches were changed to vegetarian options so I was able to have the same variety as my meat eating husband. The dessert selection was even more plentiful with scones, chocolate covered strawberries cream puffs, and various other pastry. The price was excellent. Service and cleanliness were top notch. I very highly recommend!!

We dont live far away, and it's such a treat to spend a Saturday afternoon here. The tea is organic and excellent. So many choices. The soup, salad, tea sandwiches and pastries are a perfect compliment! The owners are the real treat, though.

Charming tea room with the best tea I've ever tasted. The food was delicious and the mountain views were serene. The best part was the charming owners. Such friendly people with a true joy for hosting their guests. I will definitely be returning.

This was a delightful experience in a bucolic country setting. Ellen's Tea Room is a wonderful place to spend an afternoon, socializing while enjoying organic teas of your choice, paired with homemade delicacies prepared by Kathleen. Anthony, her husband, was our hospitable and engaging host/server. My mother, youngest niece, and I were made to feel as if we were truly guests in their home. The tea room itself is spacious, with several tables spread around the dining area. The bathroom is well appointed and very clean, and everything is nicely decorated throughout the entire place. Although there were other guests who arrived after we did, the ambiance was still warm, gracious, personal, and private. Anthony greets every guest individually, and he takes the time to explain each item on the loaded tiers of food. Our first course was choice of soup or salad. We each had the piping hot, creamy and smooth roasted red pepper and tomato soup. It was just enough to whet the appetite for what was coming next. Anthony served each of us our own individually laden tiers of crustless tea sandwiches and desserts. The savory tier of sandwiches for today were egg salad, chicken salad, ham and cheese with honey mustard, and delicious traditional cucumber. We chose the King's Tea, where each individual is given two of every one of the sandwiches mentioned ... for a total of 8 per person. In addition, there was a spanakopita and mini quiche, served hot, to go with the sandwiches. These would have been a filling meal on its own but there was also another tier of sweet delicacies to sample. The mini desserts were varied, plentiful, and delicious - a madeleine, mini eclair, mini cream puff, mini cinnamon cheesecake bite, a venetian rainbow cookie, a mini lemon cake, a mini brownie, and a muffin sized scone served with generous individual servings of lemon curd and clotted cream. On top of all of this, each of us were also given a large hand dipped, sweetly ripened chocolate covered
