The staff here is incredible, and I hope that is recognized! Everytime I come here, they are always happy and asking how your day is or what you're up to for the day. Even when the line is backed around the corner they are still smiling and kind. I'd be a repeat customer here even if I wasn't addicted to the Desert Fire!

Awesome service - baristas often take orders for cars in line so that your order is ready by the time you reach the window. The couple times that my drink was not made correctly (hot instead of iced, missing the white chocolate) the baristas offered to made me what I ordered free of charge, no questions asked. If you love the taste of espresso, you'll love Mercurys. I've found that some Mercurys drinks come with 4 shots while other coffee stands will usually only give you 2-3 shot for the same size. This makes for a velvety rich espresso. If 4 shots is too much caffeine for you, just ask that half be decaf. Hard to beat the flavor - I always come here when I'm in town!
I used to go to mercury's all the time, in fact I had a sister that worked here. Loved all the employees and drinks were okay priced. They've jacked their prices and their coffee isn't as good anymore. Last time went they burnt our coffee and kindly gave us a new one. Got back to the car to try to and the second one was burnt as well ): kept having to ask for a sleeve and he just gave our drinks and we had to sit there till he turned back around and noticed we hadn't left. They barely listen or seem caring anymore. On top of that what coffee shop doesn't carry apple cider

Love the coffee, Mercury is my absolute favorite place to get a cup. However, the service here leaves a little to be desired. They're all just kids hanging out, chatting with each other, which makes me feel awkward when I'm sitting there waiting for my cup o joe. I'll still get coffee here no doubt, just wish I wasn't listening to the latest gossip and being looked at weird when I try to interact with the baristas.

Even though the power was out 🤯 they were graciously trying to continue to serve customers in any way they could. Best coffee drinks and service they could provide. Always worth the stop. Try it out and you will see. 😎
Their mocha fusion is the best. Try it either hot or cold.
I am updating my review and demoting this location from ⭐️⭐️ to ⭐️. I always order the same thing and this place either gives me the incorrect order or the coffee taste burnt. This is my go-to coffee stop and lately twice in a row, my coffee cup has been filled up to 2/3 and incorrect flavor. Since I trust and drive off, I never go back for a refund since I wait in line already to order & it wouldn’t make sense to go back in line to get my order corrected.

I love Mercury Coffee Company but this location is a disaster. Every time I come here they give me the wrong order. Today, they made the wrong drink twice and rolled their eyes at me when I said it was not what I had ordered the second time. I always order the exact same thing, no modifications or anything, so it shouldn’t be tough. Plus, the employees were inside talking about how one had a nasty infection, which is horrifying since they’re making my drink.

They are always patient and helpful! I like treating myself to a keto decaf frappe (I can't do caffeine). But it is super good! My kids have always like their drinks they've ordered too. In the colder weather, I get decaf latte w/cream.

I’ve had good experiences here in the past, but today I got a strawberry banana smoothie and it tasted like lime peels and hurt my stomach. The Dessert Fire drink was very strong and burnt my throat and they wouldn’t let me exchange it. Definitely don’t get these two drinks. It was very expensive too but the baristas were very nice.
I’ve never waited so long for an order from Mercury. Super unprofessional, no sense of urgency, didn’t know the types of teas that they carry, didn’t offer to check, completely messed up my simple order. Unless I’m desperate for caffeine, I don’t plan on returning.
