Not a fan of their coffe, but the staf was very nice and pleasant. I hope you’re able to get some one else in to help

Great place to go in the morning and grab a cup of coffee or tea. We ordered pomegranate latte, vanilla lavender coffee and ginger matcha. The last drink was divine! It really helped me to stand on my feet at the beginning of the day. Ginger was not overpowering, just right amount to feel the kick. We ordered burritos and lemon poppyseed muffins. Everything tasted great! They warmed up every pastry. The taste of coffee was amazing! Really recommend this place if you are near!

Stopped by the store about seven minutes before closing to buy ground coffee for drip. Girl over intercom stated she wasn’t taking anymore drink orders, we said just looking for ground. She acted as though it was an inconvenience to her to have to grind some coffee. We waited behind a car getting drinks - when we got to the window she told us they were all out of Signature beans. Strangely when I called this morning, they are not out of beans at all. Called and spoke to the manager who tried to cover for the employee, and then said she’d talk to her. Guess they really don’t want our business, we have bought our coffee for home and business from them for years.

Brittany was rude and argumentative. All I wanted was coffee made how I like it. I guess it's too much to ask

Hammer coffee is definitely a cut above most drive through coffees / sausage burrito not so much. BUT if you pay with a debit card they will require you to sign a debit card receipt using their pen clipboard passing germs and crud from who knows who onto you. They offer no hand wipes sanitizer to rid your hands of disease. I’m only aware of one other drive through that still believes this is somehow healthy. Should take notes from STARBUCKS /. Only thing touched is your card. If you think for just two minutes where all those hands have been // it’s truly disgusting. It’s hard enough these days to stay healthy without this nonsense trying to kill you.

Delicious coffee! However, the service was not great today. The barista didn't greet me when I walked in, and barely made eye contact. When I thanked her for my drink, she just turned and walked away. Maybe she was having a bad day, but don't expect a tip with that service.

Don't go inside. They will ignore you for a while helping drive through before they ask for your order. It's dumb. Drive through service is great though, most of the time.

Horrific customer service, now I understand why there were no cars in the drive thru. If a customer has an issue, don't make it worse by calling them "honey" in a condescending tone while rolling your eyes. Went over to Wake Up Call with no issues. Thomas Hamner company, you think you're greater than you are, you need to be humbled a little.

4 stars, only because they're more expensive then Starbucks with the same quality coffee and service. Just changed my review to 5 stars because the new crew there has really made me feel appreciated not only as a customer but also as a fellow human. I included a picture of weary I found on the lid of my coffee because it made my day, caused me to get a little emotional... Thank You!

Drive thru, had to repeat order. Long wait for only two cars in line (us and 1 ahead of us) Were asked again for sizes of our drinks. Handed us the credit card receipt to sign and she only had our drinks on it. Had to hand back for her to add our food and to prepare our food. Then they forgot to add the blended ice coffee mocha mix to the skinny b, so it came out chunky and icy, not smooth. I felt so sorry for the cars lined up behind us by now that we took it and left. Over 20 minutes in line with one car ahead of us. Sorry for the long rant...

Ive come to this location several times but this time wasn’t great. Besides having to repeat my order multiple times (hot americano and a basic mocha), I was told several times that my drinks were complicated and would have to wait because there were several people in front of me and they were short staffed (Saturday morning). If you can’t perform basic coffee stand functions, or provide simple customer service, maybe you shouldn’t be in this line of work. I also think it’s bad taste to be complaining to the customer about how busy you are, or that you’re waiting on your coworker to come back- ignorance is bliss and less (talk) is more.
