Only stand in the area with specialty coffee! Great customer service. Amazing affogato!
Visited on 2/2 and again on 2/9. The same person was working and due to her customer service I will not be returning to this location. When I visited on 2/2 I felt as though her demeanor towards me vs other customers was totally different. She held conversation with the car on the other side the whole time I was there and proceeded to yell to have a good day as they drove away. She then did the same thing with the next car that pulled up, only asking me the simple questions she needed for my one drink order. When I left she didn’t say anything. On 2/9 my boyfriend went to this location to grab my drink, asked for whip cream on it, and when he came to pick me up the drink came with no whip cream. We went back to get that fixed and she said she put cream in the drink because she was confused, I asked for it to be remade and she asked me why. I told her we asked for whip cream, not cream in the drink so she said she would put it on top and that’s that. I left it alone but in reality I should’ve asked for a refund. The workers at the location on Trent are a lot more personable than the workers at the Sullivan location and I will not be returning.
Owners need to figure out hours. We pulled up at noon today, well before one and we’re told that they were closed. Customer experience was poor. Employees were very clearly unhappy/angry with miscommunication and lack of care from management. Hope this review helps makes things better for employees in the future.
Wish we could give more than 5 stars. We received the most incredible barista. Her name is Kyndra- she was so kind and fun. We will definitely be back.
Never been big on drive thru coffee stands but this one is great!
Got 3 americano, not only one is burnt, also were charged extra for honey as "flavor". Not a good experience and will not go back again.

Absolutely DELICIOUS coffee! All the baristas know how to pour shots and the coffee is consistently near perfect. Best coffee stand in Spokane!!
