Truly injoy the customer service.
Writing review for my fiancé who hardly ever complains. Lady was on her phone and didn’t acknowledge us. Then ask what he got 3x. She never said a price but asked how much he wanted to tip. He looked at his bank statement on his phone and she charged $10.49 for a medium carnal coffee!! Wow. Only reason we chose this place because it was off the Main Street to give it a try. He also noted rotten bananas out display for sale. Never again. Customer service needs work.
Love this place and the staff anything they have they'll make it your way when they have their chicken salad sandwiches they are scrumptious

This stand has excellent espresso! Rich, but not bitter. It's hard to find good coffee lately and I loved my americano each time. Barista was always friendly too 😃
Best coffee and service I’ve ever had! I was in Longbeach on vacation and was needing some strong coffee before the long drive home. I stopped here and am so glad I did! Danielle was the sweetest person I’ve met in a long time! I told her I wanted something strong, with almond milk and not that sweet and she made me the perfect drink! I usually hate small talk while waiting for coffee, but her genuine friendliness made conversation flow easily. Longbeach is my favorite place to visit, so this will be my go to coffee anytime I visit now. Oh also! Whatever coffee cups this place uses, keep using them! As I drove away I didn’t secure it in my cup holder well enough and it fell out and rolled on the floor of my car and the lid didn’t pop off and no coffee was spilled! Coffee crisis averted thanks to the strength of that lid lol.

As a local my the great escape is my favorite coffee shop. But with in the past two months the barista’s have been very rude and can’t seem to get a simple coffee order correct. I come to this coffee shop almost every day. But lately I’ve been going to the shop in ocean park. Today drew the line when I was over charged for a 16oz , and when confronted the skinny red he’d slammed the window on me as her and her other friend sat there laughed. This is not customer service, this is immaturity!
Really good quality coffee. They are short staffed so please be friendly because it's worth the wait.

Coffee was very good.i got a hot white chocolate mocha. The baristas were inviting and friendly. They gave me a coffee bean on my lid!! Good menu, large selection. Quick pull through stop on a cold, rainy day. I will definitely be back when I am in town.
I'm honestly not sure how this place got such a great rating. There are MUCH better coffee shops in long beach. My $4.00 americano was bitter and filled with grounds. Plus the baristas weren't wearing masks... which makes me wonder what other public safety/sanitation guidelines they are not complying with.
The ladies are always on point with customer service and our coffees.
They have old school punch cards and good coffee plus they're fast. I come here at least 1x a week. Staff is friendly and helpful. The perfect coffee kiosk.
